Popped to SA this morning to collect posters about the upcoming table top sale. It was so busy - food bank + council homeless team there collecting clothes.
Mr F has gone out to distribute posters - has his phone with him and I told him to come home if he feels tired as could fall over easily then. I have to let him have some independence but it is hard.
More front garden photos. It got so untidy while waiting for the work to be done.

Well you can borrow my dog if that helps 🤣
I very much doubt I've lost that much weight...think the scales was broke to start with but I'll weigh at doctors again in 4 weeks as got to go back to review meds she prescribed. I'm having menopause symptoms but at 41 I'm too young for HRT 👎16 -
@Fizz2015 it didn't look too bad, especially compared to most on there, but it's the hidden clutter that's the big challenge. I definitely struggle most with hidden clutter!
@Florenceem that looks so good now. What will you put there? Plants? Table and chairs?
@Crazycatlady2 would something like natural progesterone cream be an option? I guess they can't use the prog-only pill? I didn't know there was a lower limit. I should really educate myself as I'm 40 next week and my family generally hit menopause by 45Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

@Liverpool_Anne that's a really good idea, there's a phone box library I pass regularly which someone obviously looks after, I'll put them in there next time I go by. I hate putting books inthe bin it seems wrong.Magnolia Stellata16

*247 picture binned when it fell off the wall by cats-damaged and thrown
*248-256 items x9 to CS-bags, cookery bits, witches hat, reindeer novelty antlers, an artificial rose, top that just didn’t suit me
*257 cuddly toy of DDs washed and popped into charity shoebox
Massive neutral drop off tomorrow and increase in general total again after tomorrows drop off, can’t wait. Been really working on clearing up DDs bedroom. Where the neutral items were kept, Christmas presents have been switched into the big container so everything looking tidierDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@nannywindow, I'm so sorry to hear about your dniece and send condolences to the family. Please be gentle with yourself.
Today person failed to pick up free rug! Got my laptop connected to printer so I can print frog and read and change ( easier than on the screen for me.) Odd with dd2 away , been working long hours but last night wanted to make post of bin day and couldn't find much so went through dds left over soaps/ toiletries, and bathroom bits ( about 15), dropped off a box with old vintage stuff and 2 other boxes out and small bits of paper / old stationery, and three mismatch tupperware- kept thinking either I or someone else could make use of it but gave up.
I can remember here who said we shouldn't treat our house as landfill, it was expressed better than thar but its putting off the inevitable.
Hoping to do more on the frog tomorrow and list some things and drop off textile recycling.16 -
Been missing the last couple of days. Sick as a dog on Wednesday and Thursday. Spent both days mostly in bed. But had to get up Wednesday to feed the dog as roommate Di who was supposed to feed her forgot her completely. This was after a strange day as roommate Di took to G to cash his check to get me the rent money and they did their usual Laurel and Hardy routine. So they weren't able to deposit the money, but brought it home. They had complete instructions on how to do it - but I am beginning to get the idea that Di is getting dementia and G is too drunk these days after breaking up with one girlfriend. He claims to have known this young lady for several weeks, in which case he was two timing the last two girlfriends. These are internet girlfriends only but he falls for every scam out there. G then tried to boil chicken - and burned it. Our fire alarms didn't go off - but it came close. I don't know if I had a migraine or something else but I definitely had the headache and the nausea. Had to wake roommate Di up early to feed the pets on Thursday. Same problem with the dog - she never remembers to the dog. So I had to struggle out of bed to do it.
Friday I was still sick - ate three slices canned peaches and drank 7-up (sparkling lemonade). And roommates Di, J, and G were all sick - but with totally different symptoms. I struggled out to take of my sister's dog (she lives two miles away). Went to the bank as I needed the money in the bank to pay a bill. Then a friend of ours had to get his belongings out the group home he was in today so drove the 15 miles to where he is currently living, drove him back to the other group home 20 miles away, and helped him pack up what was still in there. Started to load my car, and thankfully the minister of his came by and helped load the car. He also went with us to the storage unit and managed to get everything in it. He offered to drive the friend home. And by this time I was so sick, I definitely didn't argue. Found out as I was driving back to my sister's to let the dog out again (she was coming home late), that my passenger side window wouldn't close. Took care of dog and made it home before dark. Unloaded everything of value out of car. Have 5 Bibles still in it - but if they steal those, they need them. Roommate Di had finally found her keys - after they were "missing" for two weeks, exactly where I told they would be - but she absolutely refused to look there. Roommate J came in to tell me it was raining - found a piece of plastic and a roll of Duct tape to cover the window. It wasn't supposed to rain down here - only in the mountains. Oh well. Hooray - there is nothing on the calendar for any one tomorrow (except paying the bill and putting it out so the mailperson will pick it up) and trying to find out what to do for the window. We are supposed to have Covid shots next week but we may have to postpone them.
@nannywindow - Hugs and condolences to you and your family.
