Back home , glad I didn't nag dd2 about mess as we were late so will tidy over the week. 3more items in Cs bag and 3 waste paper bins worth in recycling, had lovely time with old school about an hour from the uni then realised I'd given dd2 some shopping and my purse so had to go back for it !brought everything in from the car and the lid bit back on the boot and tidied the hall abit and hoovered rug so feels better when I go in and out the house. Dd1 said I have zillions on things to get rid of and I said I'm aiming for 1000 by the end of the year, she thinks she could do this in an hour!
Inspired by so many of you so will keep going. Working in the office tomorrow so will go to CS Tuesday lunchtime to drop things off18 -

@Liverpool_Anne I understand my orthotics were for neuromas ,which is like a trapped nerve in the foot which had a fluid filled sac around it so I avoided that side of my foot which meant ending up changing the way you walk as I was avoiding putting pressure on it. It’s affected my back ,I also am on my feet all day at work. But if you can persevere with the orthotics it should take the pressure off the sore part, it will feel uncomfortable as you have been adjusting your normal gait to stop the pain. I had 2 operations but still keep the orthotics as it can recur. It will be different in your case but my physio said avoid sketchers as they are too soft, and to avoid going barefoot.
I hope you get some relief as there is few things worse than pain in the feet.Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.17 -
Men arrived on time and soon knocked down the garden walls. Then used a digger to level off the sloping grass area. Good job I tidied the garage - door is open so men can get water.
Mr F has gone out to get his building society books updated and to post a Birthday card.
Washing is out but keeping an eye on it as thunder forecast for later on.
Will work on the beaded pens again but need to order some more gem spacers.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Welcome to all joining and re-joining us.
We are currently away from home but still managing to declutter. OH confessed to being a cardboard box hoarder and got rid of a few yesterday. We have watched some dvds whilst here and 3 are going to CS tomorrow. Continuing to uu food brought from home.
Deleted over 100 emails over the last few days and caught up with a friend. More to be gone through soon.
Heading off to a posh hotel tomorrow for a couple of nights and plan to drop off some bits of old shower at recycling centre on the way. If we can't, we'll have a very odd passenger for our 3 days of sightseeing!!Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅16 -
Liverpool_Anne said:Hi all, only thing I managed to do today was get to my orthotic clinic appointment. I have had insoles fitted in 2 pairs of shoes. My trainers which I am not particularly enamoured with but I will give them a try and a pair of winter boots that he wasn't happy with as he said there was not enough room in them for proper insoles. I did point out that I usually buy shoes etc that actually fit not things that are too big. Anyhow we will try them with the thin memory foam insoles he has fitted. Apparently I have no fat pad on my feet, no idea why as I have pleanty of it everywhere else
. My ankle is much better now and I only really have a problem with the stairs, it doesn't like the bending of the foot too much, but it is all manageable though the pain killers are knocking me out so I have snoozed my way through the day and am now heading to bed.
Hugs to everyone who would like one
1285 orthotic appointment
Take care everyone
1285/2023These are good insoles, they are obviously not orthotics or besoke, but they are good:

morning lovelies, I am in the TLC carriage. Its a monday and my clinic day, but I had to cancel and ring all patients up and appologise that Im not well enough to work. Cant remember last time but it was prob when we all got covid in 2021. I hate letting people down!! My trigemnial neauralgia has just got worse each over the last week and I ended up in A and E over the weekend for pain relief as I hadnt slept for3 nights and couldnt cope any more! So today im taking it very easy and resting, pain is a little better!Thank you for those bedroom suggestions, I havent really though any more, but while im lying in bed this afternoon I have a ponder!!!Nothing in or out from the bedroom, but I did sit on DS1s bed and instruct last night for a bit and he now has a uni pile of stuff (yey!!) and there was a lot of paper for recycling and a few teddies he no longer wants. Need to do this again today and prob everyday this week as he gets easily overwhelmed.Flowers x♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

I wore tights out the other day and they kept rolling down in a very annoying way. I had to go to a bathroom and take them off. I haven't worn tights in months so I forgot they did that. I am getting rid of all my tights as I only have that brand and another one that are very thin. I put my foot through the leg of one of them!
I usually just buy tights from Amazon, but I am going to have to look for a new brand before the weather gets chilly.
I think I will cut the old tights up and use them as floor cloths.2025 GOALS
