I finally went to bed at 4:00 a.m. as I was waiting to pay the milkman who was running late 😉Discovered that he is happy for me to pay in cash as it means he can buy diesel for his van 🙂
Tuesday 09:04 Overcast, dry & breezy. Just sitting down with my first cup of tea & getting ready to start cheerleading 🙂
GrannyKate, not my idea of a fun Saturday 🤔 😉 Sunday sounds nicer - visit to an antiques store & a steak dinner with DS2 😊 I bet you are looking forward to DD’s visit on Tuesday 🙂 Shame about the lb recluttering itself 😞
DundeeDoll, maybe you can find a new ‘fictitious’ gentleman friend in Singapore 😉😉 then DrM will realise what he is missing out on 🤞😉 You have been very busy both at work & at home 🙂 With the amount of furniture you have moved around I have every faith that you will be successful in sorting bedroom, office & piano room by the end of March 👏 I am hoping that you will consider posting pictures when the 3 rooms are sorted 🤞
Wednesday2000, shame you couldn’t read Dilly’s book on Kindle but now you have the hardcover book perhaps you can let us know if it is any good 😉 Like you I have a full bag to go to the CS which I am hoping to deliver this week - weather dependent of course 😉 Good luck in your quest for 10p books 🍀 Not sure what to make of your dream 🤨 Perhaps your first book from the library can be a book explaining dreams 😅
~FlowerPot~ the scarf is beautiful - lovely colours 😊 Your DD is very talented 🙂 What a lovely Mothers Day you had - perhaps you can keep the ‘new’ children 😉 They have obviously picked up on your decluttering & are joining you on the journey 🤞
vulpix, I like your dream 🙂 Perhaps it means you should be planting bluebells in your garden 🤔 You are right, DH is definitely enjoying sleeping in his own bed - far more comfortable than a hospital bed although he does miss being able to adjust the position 😉 Lovely cheerleading section in your post 😊So pleased that you enjoyed your mini break 😊 It is a bit of a shame that Doctors cannot prescribe holidays instead of drugs 😉 Pleased to hear that you have an NHS specialist aka DD1 to look out for you 😊 Fingers crossed that Dr Google is correct & that you can not only get a face to face with your doctor but that your dosage can be tweaked to avoid any further occurrences of dizziness 🤞 Sending hugs & good wishes that both funerals are celebrations of life.
regnbue, I must admit I was surprised that the steps registered as the watch was in my rucksack not on my wrist 😅
Crazycatlady2, DH has been home 36 hours now & has had so many hugs & cuddles from me that I think he is getting bored 😉
Great work D123456789 👏 Maintenance mode in areas that you have already decluttered is absolutely brilliant 🥳 As your new routine is working wonderfully well, I am awarding you a medal 🏅
Thank you retiredinfrance, I understand exactly what you mean 😊 At the moment I am feeling more tired than when I was visiting DH in the hospital 😔
Thanks Crazycatlady2 🙂
Liverpool_Anne sorry to hear that OH was feeling unwell Saturday night into Sunday morning ☹️ A lovely cheerleading post 😊 I hope you find time to try out the potential new hobby of epoxy resin crafting 🤞
Nice to see you, to see you nice Pennypincin 👋 - not quite sure what brought Bruce Forsyth to mind 😂 Well done on the steady decluttering 👏 & good luck with your planned decluttering/sorting of bedroom, kitchen & living room 🍀 By the way, congratulations on your weight loss 🥳
Signing off now as the postman has just knocked on the door (10:10) with a parcel addressed to DH. It is a Valentines Day present for me 😊 How exciting 🥳

Husband has cleaned the 'office' (empty for the renovation, but being re-filled all the time with other temporary stuff) and I have moved all the stuff 'for Africa' in there. It's half full already now, but at least the stuff is gone from the garage and the living room; I'm so happy it's all in one place and out of my mind.Out:- lovely saucer that had a chip. I'm worth chip-less china!- vest that had developed a hole underneath the armpit. Not worth fixing. I still have about 20 vests left; I bought new ones regularly a few years ago, no idea why. I've told myself I'm not allowed buying new ones until I have only 5 left. Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.5917

Tuesday 11:30 DH set off for his 1st walk. He is off to a new area & will be using a different bus route to get home. I am looking forward to seeing his photos when he gets home 🙂 DH phoned 11:55 from his start point in Limehouse Basin. He will be walking along the canal & went fully prepared with a container of sweetcorn to feed the swans etc 🙂
Wednesday2000, Dilly’s book sounds very interesting 🤔 Especially the ‘how to look at your rooms & work out how best to use them’ Obviously a good book if you stopped reading in order to implement a few things 👏😊 You were very busy on Sunday - excellent decluttering & tidying 👏 - work done in three rooms 🤩 Sounds like the book is proving to be a really good buy 🙂
Well done on Sunday’s 23 minute task Muddy_Walker 👏 Looking forward to reading your hints & tips for epoxy resin crafting 🙂
sumb7170, time flies when RL is busy 😉 A lovely way to relax in the evening - reading the thread, picking up ideas & looking at photos 🙂 Pleased to hear that you are enjoying your awards & thank you for DH’s flowers 👏 Very good news about your new work contract & being able to work from home 🙂Not so good news about the BP but hopefully a small tweak on your medications will sort it out 🤞 You might not have posted for a month but you have done a huge amount of decluttering & gardening 👏Evidenced by reaching your target & earning another Gold Star ⭐️🥳 You have also earned a medal 🏅for reading 13/26 books with less than a quarter of the year gone 👏
Thanks weenancy 😊 I hope your roommates treated you on Sunday - after all you are more like a surrogate mother to them than a roommate 🤞😉
Thanks skogar 🙂
Moorviews, a lovely supportive cheerleading post 👏 I especially appreciate your wonderful comments & encouragement to our newbie, lindos90 😊 Excellent work on the paperwork 👏 Just curious as to how long do you have to keep ‘estate’ documents? Very well done on purging fabrics & wool from your craft cupboard 👏 Please be very proud of yourself for persevering with this particular decluttering task especially as you have found it both dull & time consuming 🥹 If ever you needed any proof that you are now truly a decluttering champion then this is it 👏 One medal 🏅 coming your way 😊
Time for a break as I have caught up another page 😉 I must confess that I am being a bit slow as I keep playing with & watching my Sand Art 😅 plus there is a needle provided to inject more air bubbles 😉 I need to restrain myself as it is very addictive 🤣 I suppose I should get dressed & at least do one small decluttering task 😉

Ooo what a lovely present Mrs SD. It would entertain me for hours.I lost another post this morning. My laptop is on its way out. Shutting down whenever. Trouble with my phone is it takes it upon itself to auto correct Willy nilly. Haha can’t wait to see what that turns into.I feel like that duck/chick looks LiverpoolAnne.A lot to do in the kitchen today. I am properly tempted to chuck it all in the pantry and shut the door. I am also tempted to root through the boxes I packed yesterday and fish out a lot of new sewing thread, ribbon etc. I have definitely got declutter fatigue. When we got home last night 8pm the lovely plumber turned up. He will be starting the bathroom next week. Might as well get everything over and done with all at once! We can always go to Nottingham out of the way. Still the garage to do. We might get a skip because a tip run is not as easy there as it is at home. Plus we can’t get big stuff in this car.Dropped DD off in Sheffield. Staying with a friend tonight after a gig then off to the airport at 5am. She has already had a txt to say the flight is delayed. It’s been lovely to spend some time together. In between all her social activities of course! She says she will send a picture of the duvet cover prom dress when she gets home. The woman from our church shop messaged me to say she had sold 2 Tiffany style lamps and 2 jewellery boxes for £100!! Dropped off more stuff this morning.Must get on. Vx:16

13:15 DH has just phoned - he has done just over 7,000 steps & is now on the return leg once he finds the bus stop 😉 Still feeling fine 🥳 Oh, I am dressed finally 😉 14:00 DH phoned & is at As*a - he will walk the long way home so is hoping for 10,000+ steps. The last of the hm soup is warming through - should get half a bowl each 🤞Then as Spring hasn’t sprung properly yet we will make a new soup. 14:45 DH is home - 10,600 steps so just 2,000 left to do. It is half a bowl of soup each so I am savouring every mouthful 🤤
Florenceem, I would say that you are purging/decluttering your crafting stash in a different way by making beautiful items 😊 I really don’t think that middle DD will have any trouble finding buyers for your hm items 😊 Indoor plants, whilst usually beautiful, do need taking care of so I can see why you would gift it rather than keeping it 😉😅
Wednesday2000, the more you talk about the book the more I am leaning towards getting a copy 😉 It sounds like there are some very useful tips 🙂 Although I have to say that what would make the most difference in my home is to actually do some decluttering 🤣 Excellent decluttering & relocating of items 👏
EnergyShifter, not a particularly wonderful Mothering Sunday but at least you got to have a walk in Greenwich Park 😊 I hope the feeling better didn’t lead to a sleepless night 🤞
Excellent decluttering QueenJess 👏 Hope you managed a bit of TLC as well 🤞
Florenceem, well done to youngest DS for edible pressies 👏 means no extra decluttering 😅
Thank you vulpix, it is lovely to have him home 😊 Wow you & DD1 certainly worked very hard 👏 Your Mum’s house must be almost clear now 🤞 Maybe MrV can lend a hand a hand getting stuff into the loft for it’s temporary stay 😉 What a lovely way to finish off your Sunday - cuddles with a baby 😊 & so nice to see your nephew as well as your Mum 😊 dilutes having DB around 😉 sorry for being so wicked 😈 If the scrap of material is anything to go by, DD1’s Prom dress must have been beautiful 🤩as well as being one of a kind 👏 She is very talented 🙂
Thanks TC77 😊 When the current RL situations are dealt with & DD1 is safely ensconced in a new flat, perhaps you can pick one crafting project to sit down with for 23 minutes every couple of days 🤞Excellent decluttering & well done on resisting the temptation to move the computer until you get the desk from your Dad’s house 👏
Florenceem, are you sure you haven’t been a contestant on The Great British Sewing Bee 😉 Prom dresses made with shot silk & velvet - notoriously difficult fabrics to work with according to Patrick & Esme 😥
Thanks Happy_Kitties 😊 The thread is still racing with the Japanese Bullet Train, so no wonder it is difficult to keep up. Blink a couple of times & you have a page of posts to catch up with 😅 Excellent decluttering 👏 although a bit mean of your cats to declutter what sounds like a lovely decoration 😔One medal 🏅 coming your way for chomping & sorting Three Frogs 👏
Thank you for both your kind wishes & my flowers Blue_Doggy 😊 The TLC Carriage has a copious supply of vases available to all 😉 Excellent decluttering 👏 especially as RL has been busy & Canine Doggy has been so poorly 😔 Everything crossed that you haven’t had to take Canine Doggy to the vet either Monday or Today 🤞
Time for another rest 😉 Only 5 more posts from Sunday to reply to 🥳 I have managed to do a couple of teeny jobs - read a magazine & dismantled 2 cardboard boxes 🙂
848 - 850 Magazine & 2 cardboard boxes - recycled

Took 2 carrier bags full of books to a charity shop - they don't count as I saved them from landfill (SA clear out).
Not high numbers on the decluttering today after being out this morning and crafting this afternoon.
