I ordered a M&S gift card to be sent to a relative on 02 Dec - I paid an extra £3.50 for 48 hour delivery
Of course, due to strike action by RM - This has still not been delivered
What are my rights for a refund of the £3.50 ?
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Where did you buy it from? Have you asked the supplier for a refund?0

Depends what M&S have specifically promised when they sold you the upgrade and what the T&Cs say. Have you asked for a refund, I'd imagine a company like M&S would probably refund it?0

However, if it was something like Royal Mail tracked 48 then the 48 hours is only an aim and not a guarantee.0 -
