Well life got a bit hectic for a while there with taking kids back and forwards to work and me seeming to work every hour in the day but fingers crossed I now have a little rest bite whilst hubby is back home so will be able to start posting again.

Sons car has been repaired but the bank balance is now £569.75 worse off as we had to pay £100 to get it towed to another garage who could repair it quicker than the two weeks our usual garage quoted us :(
No sign of getting hubbies car back yet though as the main dealership are still waiting for the part!!! It seems like terrible service from them and I dare not even think how much they are going to charge us!!!

Other big news is that apparently I didn't do too badly in the interview last week as they have just offered me the job ;) Now I have a big decision to make as I really cannot do this one as well as all the others so at least one will have to go - it is just a case of which one. I'm fairly certain that it will be BK as it is getting ridiculous there at the moment - so much work and far too few staff to be able to cope - but I have a shift today so will see how it goes and go from there. Time to sit down and make a list again I think but this time I have to make a decision!

I'm working 12pm - 6pm at Burger King today and then 6.30pm-9.30pm in the chippy so realistically I have no time to do anything else so it's going to be a really short list from me today :)

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8
    3. BK shift (12pm - 6pm) - DONE :)
    4. Chippy shift (6.30pm - 9.30pm) - DONE :)
    5. NSD - DONE :)
There is another positive from working so much - everyone keeps telling me how much weight I have lost so that's an added bonus (although yesterday we had a works picnic and we went out for a meal in the evening to celebrate son passing driving test) so all the benefits may have just been outweighed :)

Hello from a lovely sunny Norfolk Broads. It's like the calm after the storm yesterday :)

I've got a whole day off (well from going to work anyway - I do have some orders I really must get made and posted off) so I've spent the morning with hubby and the dog enjoying a lovely walk and visiting a bakery :) It cannot get much better than that :)

We have also been to Makro and used a £25 off voucher which came through the post so it means the beef joint we have for tonight's dinner is pretty much free - it always seems to taste nicer when it has not cost you a penny ;)

I didn't have time to post yesterday as I was at work from 9am - 3.45pm at the cafe and then 4,30pm - 8.30pm at the chippy. It should have been a 9.30pm finish but they closed early as it was the owners daughters birthday. I do wish they would let us know in advance if they will be closing earlier just in case we want to plan to do something in that "bonus" time. Nevermind it was a welcome surprise after all those hours :) It was also chippy payday for last week so I have £201.25 waiting to be paid into the OP savings account :)

Right I better get on with my list and see how much I can achieve today :)

So today I HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 2 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched two videos for a total of 12p :)
    3. Use Makro voucher - DONE saved £25 :)  Transferred money saved to OP savings account :)
    4. Pay in chippy wages and transfer to OP savings account - DONE £201.25 added to OP savings :)
    5. Return ring guard bought for work to Amazon - DONE used their packaging service as well so no tape needed. Refund of £8.99 coming very soon :)
    6. Print flyers for Etsy customer
    7. Make friendship seed packs for Etsy order - DONE :)
    8. Make Open When envelopes for Etsy order
    9. Comment on in search of posts to hopefully get a few orders
    10. Schedule social media posts for next week
    11. Check freepostcode lottery - DONE not a winner :(
    12. Complete Prime Opinion survey
    13. Tidy craft room to see if I can find missing heart dies (just in case they are hiding in here)
    14. List something for sale on FB Marketplace
    15. Post in a facebook group to try and drum up more sales
    16. Take a course from one of my memberships
    17. Design one new card making sheet for membership idea

    Good morning everyone :)

A quick post from me today as I have a double work shift starting at the cafe 9.30-5.30pm and then finishing at Burger King 6pm - 11pm so realistically I won't have time for anything else today and to be honest I don't think I will have the energy either ;)

Wish me luck - I'm going to need it :)

So today I HOPE I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (50 points target) - 2 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched one video for 6p :)
    3. Post off friendship seed packs for Etsy order - DONE :)
    4. Comment on in search of posts to hopefully get a few orders - DONE commented on one :)
    5. Cafe shift (9.30am - 5.30pm) - DONE managed to get away at 5.15pm :)
    6. Burger King Shift (6pm - 11pm) - DONE did not finish until 11.15pm :(
    7. NSD - DONE :)

Good evening everyone. A very late post from me tonight as today has been super busy with work again.

I've been at the cafe for a 7 hour shift today and Burger King for a 3 and a half shift so not much time again to get anything achieved on my list but at least it will have added to the wages pot :)

    So today I HAVE:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - 27 points earned today :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched one video for 6p :)
    3. Cafe shift (10.00am - 5.15pm) - DONE :)
    4. Burger King Shift (6pm - 9pm) - DONE did not finish until 9.30pm :)
    5. NSD - DONE :)
I've got a well deserved day off tomorrow (although not really as I have to complete and post off a couple of Etsy orders) :)

Thanks Baileys. I'm being very kind to myself today and doing as little as possible. I've also drunk lots :)
    Thank you for caring x

    Good afternoon everyone.

A late post from me today as hubby and I have enjoyed a lovely breakfast out at the new cafe I am going to start working at whilst our son had his haircut at the hairdressers he uses opposite. Sadly no discount as I am nearly staff but it was delicious and was wonderful just to have a bit of time together enjoying food I have not had to cook :)

We have also finally been able to pick his car up from the main dealer after being repaired. Sadly as I thought the bill was not at all pleasant and we are now £770 worse off :( He better not clip anymore kerbs or I will personally clip him!!!

I now need to get my bottom into gear and make and post off the two orders I have on Etsy and pick up my t shirts from the cafe as they were not available when we went in earlier.

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 92 points earnt today  :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched one video for 12p in total :)
    3. Check interest paid on original savings account and add to my OP spreadsheet - DONE a lovely £338.20 earnt which will be added to the OP savings pot total :)
    4. Make Open When envelopes and post off - DONE :)
    5. Print and cut flyers and post off - Proof sent to customer for approval :)
    6. Collect tshirts for new cafe job - DONE three t shirts picked up which is promising as all the other jobs have only ever given me one :)
The rest of the evening is going to be spent chilling and enjoying hubbies company before he disappears back off to work for a week again :)

    Morning :)

Another busy day for me today work wise.
I have a 9am - 4pm shift at the cafe and a 4.30pm to 9.30pm shift at the chippy so not much else will be achieved by me today. I need to remind myself that just going to work and earning my wages is enough as I feel like I am achieving absolutely nothing at the moment when actually I have already earnt just over £7k this year so far :)

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 27 points earnt today  :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched one video for 12p in total :)
    3. Cafe shift (9am - 4pm) - DONE actually turned out to be 9am - 3.15pm so I had time to whizz home and have a sandwich :)
    4. Chip shop shift (4.30pm - 9.30pm) - DONE finished 15 mins early so always a bonus :)
    5. Download forms and apps for new cafe job
    6. NSD - DONE and came home with free food from the chippy :)

    Morning all,

I have my first shift at the new cafe today and I'm terrified. I get so nervous meeting people who I am going to see more often than once and never really know what to say. I've got that new girl feeling but they all seem lovely so hopefully I will be ok. Only time will tell I guess :)

I also have a chippy shift this evening so I have another 12 hour day ahead of me :( I really do need to sit down and work out which job/s need to go as I cannot keep this up. I'm physically and mentally exhausted :(

Good news though it is pay day again from Burger King so I have a little bit more to add into the savings pot which always makes me happy :)

Other than that not much else to do other than work so here is my little list for today.

     So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 2 points earnt today :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE watched one video for 12p in total :)My pot is up to £6 now so growing nicely :)
    3. Download forms and apps for new cafe job - DONE :)
    4. Transfer BK wages into savings account - DONE £254.54 added into the OP account :)
    5. Cafe shift in new cafe (9am - 6pm) - DONE actually finished at 5pm which was lovely as nipped home and had some pizza before going off to the chippy :)
    6. Chip shop shift (6.30pm - 9.30pm) - DONE :)
    7. NSD - DONE :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02
