I've read through, you are doing amazing keeping on with all these jobs esp considering you were planning not working at all for a while lol

Try not to put up with much from chippy bosses.  There's a saying: what others call me is up to them, what I answer to is up to me.  Id take that to mean you are not a newbie any more, you work hard, you understand how to get orders out so dont doubt yourself like you did when you were new- so dont allow him to speak to you with anything less than respect as a fellow human being.   He pays for your time, not so he can talk to you however he wants.

Take care off yourself but speak up for yourself.   A simple 'oi, dont speak to me like that please' the moment he starts might do the trick :)

Would you care to share with us rather than us clicking on a dodgy site?

    Hi all - I'm back :)

Things are still crazy hectic here in the craftingmad household but I seem to achieved very little without my daily posts so I'm going to try and get back into the swing of things no matter how busy I may be.

Hubby started working away last Thursday and to be honest, so far, it has not been as bad as I was imagining in my head. I will be very happy to see him on Thursday though (or at least I will be very happy that he can do some housework and put the bins out etc) ;) On the plus side he seems to like his new job and it looks like he might get a promotion in the next few months which will mean more money and accommodation paid for so we wont need to put wear and tear on the camper van or pay for the petrol to run the heating in it so that could be a nice win. Knowing his company though, I won't believe it until it is actually in writing.

Nothing exciting has really happened whilst I've been absent apart from my chippy days have swapped from a Tuesday and Saturday to a Thursday and Saturday thanks to the teenager coming back after quitting last year and her being the bosses favourite so she could choose what days she wanted to do. It's a real pain as I had arranged my other shifts around me working on Tuesday so its mucked everything up but the boss is not budging and my Tuesday shift has gone to her so I'm going to see how it goes for a couple of weeks but I know I also need to sit down and work out what job to give up as I think I am working myself into an early grave and I don't have enough hours in the day :(

Hope you are all doing great and haven't given up on me and my MF journey :)

I will post again later with an update for June (once I have got hold of the mortgage company - we all know how much I love doing that!) but in the meantime here's my to do list for today:
    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 2 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WEr8 - two videos watched for a total of 10p :)
    3. Get son out the door in time to catch the bus to save my petrol - DONE :)
    4. Cash out £10 from WER8 - DONE now just to wait 3-5 days for it to be credited into my paypal account :)
    5. Transfer money from savings which the rate has dropped to new savings account - DONE can only transfer £6k a day so will keep transferring everyday and see if I can up the limit :)
    6. Increase transfer limit on savings account
    7. Make cross in my pocket for Etsy order and post off - DONE :)
    8. Reply to sticker enquiry - DONE now just need to wait and see what size they want :)
    9. Post on Social Media to try and drum up some more orders
    10. Take an online course from one of my memberships
    11. Schedule posts for month on Social media to try and increase my visibility - posted for today and will schedule this weeks posts later if I get time :)
    12. Phone mortgage company for new balance of BTL1 mortgage and update spreadsheets - DONE gained just over £3k to use to pay off the mortgage last month :)
    13. Return unwanted ring guard to Amazon - DONE £9.99 refund heading my way :)
    14. Decide the pros and cons of each job to see which one to get rid of
    15. Add new hours for cafe into diary
    16. Meal plan for rest of week - DONE cheese and bacon puffs for dinner tonight - yum yum :)
    17. Create a new product and list in Etsy shop and website - almost finished - just one more card to print and laminate and then need to take photos :)
    18. Brainstorm new business ideas as quite frankly the old one is not working anymore - written down some ideas and made a pros and con list for each so have settled on focusing for now on my printable papercraft club I sort of started but didn't do anything with. As I am like poor it means that I can resell as many times as I like bit only have to design once :)
    19. Have some time for me
    20. NSD - DONE :)

    Morning all.

Busy day ahead for me today as I have a double shift - first at the cafe (9.30am - 4.30pm) and then Burger King (6pm - 11.30pm) so not much opportunity for me to get anything else done. On the plus side it also means I shouldn't spend any money either so silver linings and all that :)

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 27 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WEr8 - two videos watched for a total of 10p :)
    3. See if Wer8 payment has landed in account and transfer into savings - DONE still not received :(
    4. Transfer money into savings account - DONE £2K transferred over
    5. Make lucky pants for Etsy order and post off
    6. Cafe Shift - DONE 5.5 hours :)
    7. Burger King Shift - 5.5 hours :)
    8. NSD - DONE :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02
