Morning all, another chippy shift under my belt and I'm getting more and more confident each time. I actually feel like I know what I'm doing now and its nice to get out of the house and have a chat with different people :)

The doggo is obviously not feeling that great again as did not each much yesterday and not touched her breakfast this morning so may need more medicine after all :( Will have to wait and see how it goes but fingers crossed she perks up a bit today :(

We are off out for a meal tonight to celebrate daughters birthday tomorrow (for the first time in her 20 years I'm working on her birthday) so I'm feeling a little guilty that we cannot celebrate on her actual day but she says she is ok with it.

Not sure on kids plans today but no doubt it will involve me driving them places and waiting around to collect them at some point!!!

Whilst I'm waiting for them to wake up (it could be some time!!!) I shall try and tackle my (not so) little list for today:-

    1.  Play on Mistplay 102 points earned today so far :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE 6 points from being timed out of 3 surveys and completed 20 point survey but not credited :(
    3. Make a birthday card for daughter
    4. Send invoice to lady wanting binder rings - DONE only £4 but that will still be £4 in my pocket and get rid of a couple of bits from my house :)
    5. Complete task on OhMyDosh - DONE signed up to another survey company and gained £1.20 which has given me enough to cash out  :) Requested BACS payment of £10.55 which will be in my account within the next 7 days - will transfer over to OP savings account when it has arrived  :)
    6. Post in 3 FB groups promoting my business with a hope I will get some more orders
    7. Comment on In search of posts on FB in the hope I get some orders - commented on 4 so far - hoping to find more as the day goes on :)
    8. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    9. No heating even though the temperature has dropped - 3.15pm and still not on :)
    10. NSD (apart from meal out which is already budgeted for)  - DONE £5 transferred to OP savings account :)
    11. Earn some points on swagbucks (hoping to reach daily target)
    12. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 21 entered :)
    13. Renew FB Marketplace listings - DONE :)
    14. List an item on FB Marketplace
    15. Complete a survey/searches on Inbox Pounds
    16. Complete Crowdology survey
    17. Complete Mobrog survey
    18. Complete survey on Lifepoint
    19. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers
    20. Complete a survey on Prime Opinion
    21. Investigate the ways to make an extra £25 I came up with and sign up for them
    22. Purchase RAC breakdown insurance and Car Insurance
    23. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost - still no surveys :(
    24. List a new item on Etsy (in the hope it gets my shop seen a bit more)
    25. Complete one of the courses on the membership site I belong too before subscription ends at the end of this month
    26. Complete application for Compass surveys
    27. Chase for refund on subscription taken even though cancelled - DONE fingers crossed I get my money back as over £100!!
    28. Chase for additional membership to be added which I had already paid for

    Good morning everyone.
It's my daughter's birthday today and I have a 8.5 hour shift at the chip shop starting at lunchtime today - there are some drawbacks to this job :(  On the plus side it is pay day today so I should be getting another £110 paid to me tonight :)

I think this shift might break me so my list is very little for today as I'm trying to be kind to myself:-

    1. Chippy shift - DONE it was so busy and I certainly earned my money tonight :)

Hope you all have a great weekend x

Well the shift at the chippy was hard work so I certainly earned my money - it was non stop as we were so busy and the chip shops busiest day in the year and a bit they have been open ;)

I'm trying to relax a bit again today with my daughter who is sad as her boyfriend went home today and my body is very grateful for the rest - it appears it is not so suited for such long days of hard work as I thought it was!!

Never mind I got paid my £110.70 so this will be paid in tomorrow and then added to the OP savings pot so it makes it a little more worthwhile and it is helping me still contribute when my business is so quiet!

Good news on the course refund front too - it was credited back to my paypal account last night so I have transferred £100 over to the OP savings account today which takes us to to just over £13K sitting in there ready to pay off the mortgage debt when it comes to remortgaging in 2025 :) I actually feel like we are getting somewhere so that is keeping me motivated.

So it's another short list from me today so here goes:-

    1. Play on Mistplay - not only does it help me relax it earns money too :) 27 points so far today :)
    2. Submit Shop and Scan barcodes and receipts - DONE :)
    3. Complete a Nectar survey
    4. Chase lady who wanted binder rings - only £4 but that will still be £4 in my pocket and get rid of a couple of bits from my house - DONE fingers crossed she still wants them :)
    5. Check to see if £10 from OhMyDosh has been credited yet - DONE not credited yet :(
    6. Post in 3 FB groups promoting my business with a hope I will get some more orders
    7. Comment on In search of posts on FB in the hope I get some orders
    8. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji
    9. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 21 comps entered :)
    10. Renew FB Marketplace listings - DONE :)
    11. List an item on FB Marketplace
    12. Complete a survey/searches on Inbox Pounds
    13. Complete Crowdology survey
    14. Complete Mobrog survey
    15. Complete survey on Lifepoint
    16. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers
    17. Complete a survey on Prime Opinion
    18. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost
    19. Complete application for Compass surveys

I've just realised I have not posted my monthly/yearly update for May either so I'll do it now - better late than never :)

    YEARLY UPDATE

    Overpayments Made = £4379

Amount Added to Savings Pot = £12174.79

The amount in the OP savings pot equates to just over 27% of the balance our first BTL mortgage :)

Fingers crossed we can keep up this momentum for the rest of the year

    Good morning,
Nothing exciting to report today. I'm a bit disappointed with my progress yesterday but my son's anxiety became too much for him so I had to focus on him. Family always has to come before anything - right?

I need to get petrol today as the car is running on vapours (should have gone yesterday but life got in the way) and I'm now taking son in for his exams and picking him up straight after so my petrol consumption is going to increase these next couple of weeks sadly. Whilst I an there I might just pick up a couple of bits from Asda so I can take advantage of the blue light discount they offer (including the couple of bits I could not get at Lidl yesterday) but other than that I have a NSD planned.

Let's see how much I can achieve today - here's my (not so) little list:-

    1. Play on Mistplay - 2 points earned so far today :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE two surveys completed (total 80 points) and timed out of one for additional 2 points :)
    3. Post in 3 FB groups promoting my business with a hope I will get some more orders
    4. Comment on In search of posts on FB in the hope I get some orders - two commented on so far - hoping for lots more today :)
    5. Answer enquiries in the hope of more orders - DONE now to await hearing back and hoping I get the orders :)
    6. Make two orders received and work on banner design for customer - two items made and ready to post - now just to work on the banner design
    7. Transfer Nectar points over onto card associated with survey account
    8. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    9. NSD (other than small food shop and petrol) - DONE didn't go shopping or for fuel in the end but must go tomorrow as on vapours! £5 transferred to OP savings account :)
    10. Scan shopping for Shop and Scan points - no shopping to scan as put it off until tomorrow :)
    11. No heating even though the temperature has dropped - DONE It's 4.20pm and no heating on all day and it is NOT going on tonight either - if the family are cold they can put a jumper or their coat on ;)
    12. Earn some points on swagbucks (hoping to reach daily target)
    13. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 22 comps entered :)
    14. List an item on FB Marketplace
    15. Complete a task on Oh My Dosh - DONE signed up to Opinion Bureau for £1 :)
    16. Complete a survey/searches on Inbox Pounds - DONE two surveys completed for 20p each and searches carried out for 7p :)
    17. Complete a survey on Panelbase - DONE one completed for 60p :)
    18. Complete Crowdology survey - DONE two surveys totalling 96p completed :)
    19. Complete Mobrog survey - DONE completed survey for 64p but has not credited again (just like yesterday). I have logged a complaint for missing reward so hopefully it will get sorted quickly :(
    20. Complete survey on Lifepoint - looks like they have deactivated my membership :(sent a help support ticket to hoopefully get back in :(
    21. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers - DONE survey completed for 2500 points :)
    22. Complete a survey on Prime Opinion - screened out of every survey I tried - only 5 points added :(

    25. Renew breakdown cover
    26. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost - no survey available :(
    27. Chase Quidco for cashback which was due to be paid Dec 22! - DONE fingers crossed they do the decent thing and pay out. I'm really disheartened by this company  - it seems they try and use all excuses not to pay these days :(
    28. Design a new item to sell
    29. List a new item on Etsy (in the hope it gets my shop seen a bit more)
    30. Complete one of the courses on the membership site I belong too before subscription ends
