Yay - well done you. You will see lots of progress now I bet :)

Yes finally we are starting to see better interest rates on our savings which really seems to be helping to keep the OP pot filling up nicely :)

Hope you have a fabulous day x

Whoops yesterday has gone and I feel like I achieved absolutely nothing!!!
At least I did manage to add £10 to the OP pot so I suppose that is progress - even though it is such a small amount. I keep telling myself that every £ makes a difference though which makes me feel a little better.

Our son came home in a good mood so fingers crossed his first written exam went well. He's got an English Lit paper today which I don't think he is looking forward too but it's at 9am so at least it will be out of the way nice and early for him.

After shift at the chippy for me tonight - have to be honest and say I'm not really feeling it but the money will be very welcome so I shall keep plodding on with it :)

Really going to try and attack my list today - strangely I seem to be much more productive when I know I have to do something at a certain time or have limited time - it really focuses my mind ;)

Here's my (not so) little list for today:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - 137 points added so far :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE two surveys completed for 60 points each :)
    3. Post in 3 FB groups promoting my business with a hope I will get some more orders
    4. Comment on In search of posts on FB in the hope I get some orders

    6. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    7. No heating - DONE :)
    8. NSD - DONE £5 transferred to OP savings pot :)
    9. Earn some points on swagbucks (hoping to reach daily target)
    10. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 6 comps entered today :)

    12. Look into selling on TikTok

Quick post from me today as I have a busy one ahead. I've got a chippy shift starting at 4.30pm but before that I'm looking after my little one year old next door neighbour from 11.30am-3.30pm so I think I'm going to sleep well tonight. Before that I have to try and finish a logo and get to the post office with an order I made yesterday so I don't think there will be much time for MSE'ing but I'm going to give it my best shot.

Here's my (very) little list for today:-

    1. Play on Mistplay - 97 points earned. Will try to get over 100 but not sure I will have the time :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE one completed for 60 points and timed out of 2 so 4 more points from them :)
    3. Post off two orders completed yesterday - DONE :)
    4. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    5. No heating - DONE :)
    6. NSD - £5 transferred in anticipation
    7. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 25 entered today :)
    8. Arrange for boys to be here for somebody collecting lampshade sold on FB marketplace (£5) - DONE £5 transferred to OP savings pot  :)
    9. Complete a survey on Shopper Thoughts - no surveys available
    10. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers - DONE survey completed for 1400 points and should hopefully get bonus of 2500 points :)
    11. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost - no surveys available again
    12. Chippy shift - DONE :)

Yey - I managed to complete my whole list yesterday which is a first - maybe shorter lists are the way to go ;)

The chippy was busy last night and I'm obviously far too old to be looking after 18 month olds now as I still feel shattered even after a good nights sleep :) I've got another chippy shift tonight so no rest for me though it is supposed to be payday I think so that will give me something to look forward too and get me through the shift :)

I've just found out that I've been selected to try out two full size Olay creams from Supersavyme and I'm very excited - not only because my skin desperately needs some love and attention but also that I get to treat myself for free :)  Anyone else on here get selected?

Son needs a haircut today so won't have time to do lots towards out dream but I'm learning that even small things can add up to make a big difference so I won't beat myself up over it :)

Here's my little list for today:-
    1. Play on Mistplay - 107 points earned so far but really would like 200 so will keep playing when I have spare moments :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE one survey completed for 80 points :)
    3. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    4. No heating - lovely and warm today so no heating for us :)
    5. Transfer £5 made from FB Marketplace sale yesterday - DONE :)
    6. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 11 comps entered :)
    7. Upload Shop and Scan barcodes and receipts - DONE :)
    8. Complete a survey on Shopper Thoughts - no surveys available :(
    9. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers - DONE 25000 points for a survey :)
    10. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost  - DONE no surveys available :(
    11. Post on in search of posts on FB to hopefully get some much needed orders
    12. Post in 3 FB groups to hopefully get some orders
    13. Complete a survey and searches on Inbox Pounds
    14. Add Martins and kids cards to Airtime Rewards
    15. Chippy shift - DONE :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02 Stash Busting Challenge 2024 Lost count but no craft spending

Morning all. It was so busy at the chippy yesterday but I think I done ok and I'm starting to get more used to where things are on the till and boxing up the orders so hopefully they will keep me on ;) Also as a bonus, I thought I was getting minimum wage (£10.41) but it turns out it is £10.80 so that's an extra 40p an hour - not much but every penny counts right :)
I'm going to try and pay in the £81 I got last night for last weeks two shifts today at my local post office so I'm not tempted to spend it :)

Other than that, I'm planning on having a quiet day. Son has lots of studying to do for his 5 exams next week and I'm not going to lie, I am hurting a little after all the scrubbing I had to do on the chip trays yesterday! I must be getting old!!!

Hope you all enjoying the weekend.

Here's my (not so) little list for today:-

    1. Play on Mistplay - DONE 229 points earned today :)
    2. Complete a Nectar survey - DONE survey completed for 40 points and timed out of 4 so a further 8 points :)
    3. Post in 3 FB groups promoting my business with a hope I will get some more orders
    4. Comment on In search of posts on FB in the hope I get some orders - sadly cannot find any today - not through want of trying :(
    5. Check free postcode lottery, Win a Dinner and Freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    6. No heating - Not going on today - its nice and warm :)
    7. NSD - DONE £5 trabsferred to OP savings pot :)
    8. Get washing dry outside - two loads on line blowing nicely in the sunshine and third load nearly finished and ready to hang out :) Update - two loads dry - just waiting for third :)
    9. Earn some points on swagbucks (hoping to reach daily target)
    10. Enter 3 competitions - DONE 12 entered today :)
    11. List an item on FB Marketplace - DONE job lot of craft toppers and papers listed for £35 (an absolute bargain but I know I will never use them and they are taking up space in my spare bedroom) :)
    12. Look into selling on TikTok
    13. Complete a task on OhMyDosh - None to complete :(
    14. Complete a survey/searches on Inbox Pounds - DONE completed one survey for 75p and searches for 7p :)
    15. Complete a survey on Shopper Thoughts - no surveys available :(
    16. Complete Crowdology survey
    17. Complete Mobrog survey
    18. Complete survey on Lifepoint
    19. Complete a survey on Toluna Influencers
    20. Investigate the ways to make an extra £25 I came up with yesterday and sign up for them
    21. Purchase RAC breakdown insurance and Car Insurance
    22. Take a survey on Opinion Outpost - no surveys available :(
    23. Freezer inventory
    24. Find a small way to save money - DONE done full load on 2 x quick washes which takes 30 mins rather than a full wash which takes 2 hours and 45 mins - still just as clean :)
    25. List a new item on Etsy (in the hope it gets my shop seen a bit more)
    26. Complete one of the courses on the membership site I belong too before subscription ends at the end of this month
    27. Complete application for Compass surveys
    28. Add Martin's and kids cards onto Airtime Rewards - DONE Martin's card added. Will add son's tomorrow and daughters when she comes home on Saturday :)
    29. Scan small shop I'm going to ask hubby to collect on his way home from work - just gone through what we have in and no small shop needed - I can wait until tomorrow or Tuesday to just do weekly shop :)
    30. Pay in wages from chippy and transfer to OP savings account - DONE £81 transferred to the OP savings pot :)

Not sure how much I will get done but I will do as much as I can :)

Excellent that you are able to avoid a top-up shop.

The chippy paying more per hour than you thought, is good news.
