I didn't even know the clocks changed until about lunchtime.
Would logging your day, food and movement, in MFP or similar spur you on to do a bit more or do something?
If mowing the lawn isn't a task you enjoy, how much would an outsider cost to do it, remember your P1P is to make life easier and put you on an even keel.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
What form of movement might you enjoy to the point where you don't feel you have to "make yourself" do? Ultimately, if that's the mindset about the things you're currently doing it, then it becomes a chore, and we all have enough of those in your life anyway! Maybe think a bit outside the box - how about sticking some nice loud music of your choice on and then dancing your way around the house tidying up random things that are currently otherwise than where they should be? Remember also that "exercise" doesn't need to look a particular shape - so mowing that lawn? That's exercise. Pushing the vacuum cleaner round? Exercise. A bit of digging in the garden? Yep - exercise again! Try to think "movement" rather than "exercise" and it might feel like less hard work?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I've deleted my earlier comment. I do still hate lawns. But I think you can do whatever works for you, if it's developing a routine to make sure you meet your wants and needs. Or even just deciding to do things on your own schedule.3

Good luck with the lawn. I've not been able to do mine due to frequent rain.
Also, good luck with the high energy visitors. Your DD must be ecstatic at the thought of getting a car?Debt on 01 July 2022 = £42,083.00

Thanks MF, Lucielle, WD, EH, Merlin and Daisy
Brain fog improved a bit today when I changed my HRT patch a couple of days late. I'm down to the last one - and had to ring the GP today to get my prescription changed as every time I've gone they've not had the right one in stock.
I will do the lawn because as EH says it's exercise and better than nothing. Not done yet though. Off and on rain. I have managed to fit in a few more short walks recently. I need to use my subscription that I bought - and try another class. I've been eating more fruit and salad this week which my body seems to be appreciating. Hoping that i can set some better habbits.
DD is relieved I think as much as anything else - but also scared in case she buys a money pit. Hopefully BIL will guard against that.
'My' handyman has been doing some work next door after I introduced them - and says he may come and do some work for me half a day next week. Will try and buy some more soil and bark before then - and hopefully he can help spread it then where it needs to go... If he only does half a day I have spare dosh to buy it with... I did speak to him about doing some other jobs when it's warmer. The wall tops still need cementing on - but it has to be the right temperature for it to set.
Got close to £3 in cashback today from bank after free and close to £3 going into my bank Friday from £co. It all helps. I'm on track to clear my CC next pay month - but have had to adjust savings accordingly.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hope DD gets a good car. Need to mow our grass as well. Need to find the charger for the mower first. DD1 has been in the garage this morning and has found a mouse in a box so I’ll have to set that free as well.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Up early again to take DD to the train station. I have a 9am meeting and then will probably travel into work for my next one - unless I can persuade them to have it remotely instead. Feeling tired. Typically my HRT patch didn't stay stuck but rolled over onto itself so is ruined. Need to try and collect new patches tonight or do a search for any old ones anywhere. Hope your day improves and you find time to collect the HRT patches.
I'm another one that needs to cut the grass but the weather is so erratic here I think it's still too wet, hopefully at the weekend 🤞
How exciting for DD to get her own car, a step closer to you not having to operate Mum's Taxi service 😉
Take care x3 -
Far too soggy here for grass cutting. Mr F is itching to get the mower out but we'll have to wait until the ground dries out a bit.

Hello savingholmes. I hope you've managed to either find some patches or the Dr has prescribed some you can pick up easily.
