DD has gone to be looked after elsewhere for a ofew days which gives me a break.
I had a lovely time watching Swan Lake. So glad I went. They are playing a different ballet tomorrow with the same company and it's tempting to re-book but I'd rather spread my treats out over the year. The theatre had flat seats rather than curved ones so were wide enough to be comfortable. I got an aisle seat and there were at least 4 seats between me and the next people along so felt blessed. I was 7 rows back from the front and I had a great view. I may check whether my home town theatre has some seats like that too as the curved ones I sat on last time were too narrow but if lower down they have a different type of seat that could be an option. My neighbour would then potentially go with me.
I'm at the hairdresser first thing tomorrow and I still need to get money out! Oops. Not looking forward to getting up in the morning. I had a McD on the way home so don't imagine I'll be sleeping for a while yet. I was also late taking my meds. Worth it. Not a school night. Can always nap tomorrow afternoon if I need to.
I've updated my spreadsheet and it turned out there was some money in the days out and eating out pot left - so still have a decent float left for the month. I sent an enquiry about a craft workshop first thing this morning but I haven't heard back yet. If they don't respond - I may go to my fave Italian... or I may visit an outlet mall and see if there are any sales items left...

Lovely weekend so far. Did a little shopping after the hairdressers then I went for a 3 hour nap yesterday. I was exhausted. Done a lot of reading.
My new smart meter doesn't seem to be working (but my gas is) so emailed them.

I hope they bother to fix it for you, but it is usually the gas one that doesn't work at the start, so that's unusual. I hope he taught you how to read the meter before he left as they are much harder to read than the old ones.
