I've been looking at my FI figures again. I think I miscalculated my accrued annual pension - so now updated my signature. I'm at £12.5K guaranteed annual income if retire at 60 where I thought I was closer to £15k. I'm still awaiting this year's pension statement for March 2023 - and am 6 months through the 23/24 period so probably not to far adrift in reality.
Just playing with my spreadsheets and checking my formulas. It's such an exciting life!!
The cat has been sneezing a lot since it's return from the cattery - hope it's nothing serious. The combing I've done and the colder weather seems to have helped and the critters are less obvious at least.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Slept better last night which was a huge positive - closer to midnight rather than the 2, 4 or 6am it has been recently.
My cleaner is due today.
MSE stuff- Mortgage went out so owe around £662 less
- Had about £3 in cashback from Sndr
- £20 in interest from B
- Had £4 recently from Mr A - I now have £12 in a Xmas saver pot - which they will add £1 to as it's over £10 after 19/11
- Regularly have cashback and discounts from C00p
- I've requested another moving quote. Still need others

Thanks Mark and EH - glad I'm not alone on the geekery!
Finally finished work around 7.15pm! TBF I started very late. Looking forward to my next few days off but they are due to be busy.
Cleaner didn't come - which is good for my budget but I missed chatting to her. It also means I need to spend some time tidying up - especially as I have a video call with a moving company at noon tomorrow! Slightly regretting booking that now as tomorrow is feeling busy again. My outdoor rubbish bin is full as I've missed the last two opportunities to put it out. That is hampering my efforts to tidy up.
I've had to refill most of my pond - I assume it was choked with blanket weed and the water stopped circulating correctly. Glad I noticed it before it got much lower as otherwise it could have fried the pond pump and therefore the shed electrics. I slipped on some algae on my little bridge but luckily it was a slow slide down while my legs stretched cartoon like so it bruised my dignity rather than anything worse. It took me a few minutes to get back up. I had had to change my leggings. Green coloured wet algae on the knees isn't the most comfortable.
Got some washing done today but that will all need putting away too. I've unpacked and packed the dishwasher but it now needs emptying again. I had a ready meal for lunch. Now making some macaroni but it won't be ready until around 8.30pm. Adulthood is not all it's cracked up to be!
I've managed most of today with a leccy blanket/throw in my back room - but now put the heating on as the front room had dropped to 14. I try to get it to 18 at least once a day and then the house should stay okay.
I've had an update from my EA to say the solicitors has sent back some enquiries but aren't ordering their searches yet until the buyers have their mortgage offer. I wonder whether to hold off getting mine then? No point in me doing it faster than them presumably and if it didn't go through that would save me £350.
I downloaded an app at the weekend that reminds you to take your meds - it is life changing. I can't believe how often I forget to take meds even after I've set an alarm. This keeps reminding you with a pill shaking noise until you mark it as done. I'm due at the hospital first thing tomorrow. May try and get a doctor's appointment too.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
