I'm thrilled with them.4

Thanks Merlin, Starlight and MF
I uploaded the photos. Paid the photographer - bargain at £95. I have almost finished tweaking the advert text just want to add something in about views.
Meanwhile - worked a long day - making up an hour of what I currently owe. I've returned £93 of items (another £20 to go but it was shut). I spent £3.50 on cake and 4 bunches of YS flowers. I was very happy with the bouquets. I've updated my money. While I've spent a lot (by my standards) on staging the house there's nothing I've kept that I regret - other than some of my garden plants - my dahlias in particular have been savaged by slugs and snails - and I don't want to use poison.
Grateful for 'free' fruit from my garden. I ate a couple of strawberries and a handful of cherries from my garden today. I need to go out and pick some more cherries before they're over and done. There's a blackbird that keeps coming and enjoying them - I don't mind sharing. They don't normally leave me any!!
I have a meeting first thing tomorrow and then it's not too bad but Monday is chock full of meetings. Having my hair done Saturday. Seeing sister's family and DS on Sunday.
Things to do:- I need to upload the floorplan sketch to a separate company and get them to convert it to digital for me.
- Need to sort an EPC.
- Ideally need to do a tip run - although may be able to squash most of it into neighbour's bin
- Continue decluttering
- Make the garage and shed look decent inside. They are not on the photos!!
- Potentially set up viewings from next Wednesday.

I also sent £25 to savings yesterday - I thought I hadn't already done it even though I had! I got £5 net cashback from San-dr. Little blessings.
Still working out how to juggle paying back this month's CC which got battered. I've another £300 to add to it for RM. Ah well it's all doable. Means I can save less and need to be more careful at avoiding fritter spends for a while. I have an RS maturing on my next payday so may use that to have a blank slate again and then start from there.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Crystal - I named my EF my Freedom Fund - so perhaps I should be less worried about using it!!
I have contacted a couple of companies about the floor plan and epc. Hopefully will get both sorted soon.
I've just spotted another house I'm excited about that is on for £60K less than the other but in a similar area and comes with 1/3 of an acre... I've sent an enquiry. It's only been on the market a few days so hope not too late. It's about a third smaller than this house but that feels like a good thing. It would need work - but with the lower upfront cost that should be affordable. Watch this space.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I’m pleased that you have more than one option to consider.I also feel your pain on slug damage! I find wool pellets or copper rings work well for preventing slug damage.KKAs at 15.08.25:

Thanks KK and Jwil
My floor plan cost £11. Done within hours really pleased. EPC booked for next week for £65.
First two viewings requested less than an hour after advert live. Exciting and scary all in one.
