45 minutes before the photographer turned up my fancy parasol blew over. I then had to somehow get it back upright and then try and weigh it down with some spare pond soil as extra topping and a garden ornament for extra weight. Really looking forward to seeing the photos. Still need to organise a floor plan and do the ID stuff.
Had my pub meal. Back home with the cat cuddled up on the chair next to me.
I helped DD with some college work. She called in briefly.
The house I wanted seems to have been taken off the market - so I need to ring the EA tomorrow and see if it was sold or she just wants a break. I think I'll still go ahead and see what I'd get for this - if I don't find the right place I don't have to proceed.

I was wondering just before reading your post about the house you wanted ….
Good luck with the call to the EA.

Congrats on getting there for the photos.
Hope the house is still available."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
Thanks Jwil and KK
I still need to ring the EA.
The photos came in last night so by midnight I'd narrowed it down to 16. I'm thrilled with them. Have emailed the EA for my house asking for a more secure way to send ID.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well done for getting your house photo ready and for selecting the ones you want.
Hopefully your potential property is still available.

Glad all the hard work has paid off in nice photos. Even if the house you wanted has gone, you'll still have an idea of what you could ask for yours, have the photos ready, and have a better idea of what you're looking for.Start mortgage date: August 2022; Start mortgage amount: £240,999; Original mortgage free date: August 2056
