At least with all your hard work previously it shouldn't be a huge job to restore the rooms to their tidy state."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4

Thanks KK, Lucielle and Jwil
I painted one side of the shed and its door after work today. I moved a plant pot to next to the shed. I made the compost bags single layer next to the shed so it looked neater (it tones in with the shed LOL). I ate cherries and strawberries from my garden. My red water lily flowered today - I was so made up - the lily food I bought and put in a few weeks ago obviously worked. It has lots more leaves too. I dumped plants from a bucket into one that hadn't worked but was too heavy to move so that one looked better. I put the hose reel away and the bins. I moved the outdoor cat home to a bark area near the veg patch.
I also filled half a garden bin with weeds and pruning. Things have got so overgrown in this weird weather. I mowed the front lawn (hardly anything there so didn't take long).
DD came and has sorted some of my WFH space and did some tidying of the lounge and kitchen. A few more things made it into the garage and shed (a problem for a different day). DD has assembled a solar water fountain which she plonked in the pond - will see if it does anything. I nipped to Mr T and bought curry and chips for us both. I also bought a £3 bunch of yellow roses and added that to my existing flowers and threw a few away that were past their best. My dahlias are still looking stunning and some weird white pom pom looking flowers (chrysanthemums maybe?).
Cleaner and photos are tomorrow but I have taken some leave so should have 3 hours to help the cleaner sort any last minute things. Trying to make it so she can focus on a thorough clean though rather than tidy.
I need to touch up near where I filled the holes yesterday - but will do that when I go up to bed so not exhausting myself further with unnecessary trips up and downstairs. Desperately hoping the cleaner doesn't have a family emergency tomorrow as I think I'd cry!!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Lucielle and KK
Cleaner came. Just about made it. Not perfect but good enough. Think will set first viewings up for a week today. That gives me chance to do a tip run and continue paring down the excess.
Going to a pub for tea. Completely exhausted. Should get the photos tomorrow. I need to get the floor plan converted to nice format. Also need to send EA proof of ID.
The photographer thought I had done a good job given I hadn't had a professional stager. She thinks it photographed well.
