They also appear to now dominate this market, which is unhealthy.
They were even shown last month to have issued claims (for the first time) on behalf of both CEL and ParkingEye who have their own in-house legal teams and have NEVER previously farmed out litigation.
Looks like anti-competitive behaviour to me.1 -
Not at all
Its a market place and it may actually increase revenue to Parking Eye/ CEL whilst reducing their own internal costs1 -

But one company dominating a market is unhealthy, especially when that company's conduct is reportedly the worst and causes most CCJs, to which they then allegedly add £200 within a week of the CCJ and refuse to let people settle at the sum literally just ordered by the court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? There are only 3 big players in this market and I would say the market is actually evenly splitCoupon-mad said:

Being the dominate legal is dangerous, especially in a mega scam business.Coupon-mad said:

I would imagibe there are already raised eyebrows in the courts with their timewasting cases and bad record of discontinued claims.
I think BWLegal learned the lesson when they were losing case after case and they then went to appeal ..... that was a waste of time and the only thing that changed was those words "Abuse of process"
We shall wait to see if the current wave continues as I'm sure the parking companies do not want their cases discontinued or thrown out of court and their money wasted.
BUT, as real legals would not touch this scam, the money scammers must live with what they have got ..... tough luck for them

They are not the "dominant legal" in this sector, as previously said it is actually pretty evenly split between the parking firms, only QDR has the smallest sharepatient_dream said:

Very few threads about Gladstones or BW Legal claims in 2022.
Also, I'd say IMHO they cause far more CCJs than the others. Maybe ten times.
Now, I can't prove that because the MoJ won't give me that data.
But I know who they will give it to...if I encourage that can of worms to be opened.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

BWLegal are only as good as those who instruct them. Seems like the past is catching up with them.
Gladstones, the famous scam maker, it's a "Only fools and Horses" thingy
The rest have dived in and out getting spanked along the way for crap
The biggest joke falls on CST Law in Scotland acting for UKPC
So yes, DCBL are the dominant legal this year but it won't last, ll those discontinue cases means anything to these money scammers, they will avoid
The question being, is there another legal who wants to put "one foot in the grave"2
