I have never seen a Writ of Control before, but notice the Writ was issued on 27th October.

    Does the...
...refer to the date of the Small Claims Court hearing?

If so, it seems remarkably soon - just seven days later - that the writ was issued.

Wasn't the Defendant given at least fourteen days to pay the Judgment amount?

as per letter of enforcement the amount of 919 pounds - the deadline was 13th of November. The agent showed up on 15th. I also asked the agent about the grace period from Judgement of a month, but he said that this period is for credit history and the DCBL are legally entitled to apply for writ of control right after the Judgement.

now shall i consider my case different from others?
  • Like KeithP, I too have never seen a writ

I was under the impression that a writ must be signed by an official of the court and stamped. Is this the only page ?

to note (could be important) I'm in touch with DCB from the beginning of last summer. They've sent me a pcn (from last year) seeking to get 170 pounds from a parking at a hotel private (private). That day i was on my way to MOT and engine blown. Oil was everywhere. Had to pull over, straight away, unfortunately at that private parking lot. This time the Parking eye issued the pcn.
Inspired by MSE newbie - i have followed the steps and started a dispute. but this is a completely different story. All i wanted to mention that DCBL knew my actual address but the CCJ states the address from 2019 that i have moved out twice since then.

    Weird (in my opinion)

Yep this is the only page. However there is a stamp on it. Please look closer to left up corner

I cannot see any stamp and I have opened the image in a new browser.
As Keith P says, this is all too quick

What proof do you have that DCBL knew your current address before they issued a claim
    at a different address ?

May I suggest that you search for real life cases on youtube. use keywords ... bailiffs, writs, etc
