    As seen in @SoJacob's similar case, this can be set aside and the monies refunded.
    xxxxxx

    wouldn't it be the case where the refundable amount would be only those owing to DCBL  919 £ and the difference remains to bailiff representative as he has done his part of the job?

     Not messed up.

    With your application N244 did you send a WITNESS STATEMENT yet?
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Yep, Both WS and Draft and plenty proof of address + proof that DCBL knew my actual address. I'm thinking about making some changes to WS and draft as when i have sent those the case was a bit simplier. No 275 charge no 1600 to bailiff and obviously no rude visit to my door. I suppose i'll have to ask you (people with big heart) for some tips
    Many thanks

    @Coupon-mad
    I dont actually understand the exact fee structure and what can be charged at what stage. All i know is the a set fee they can charge at initial vist, controlling  goods etc.

     I just know how to deal with HCEOs 🤣

    I've noticed it too.

    They also appear to now dominate this market, which is unhealthy.

    They were even shown last month to have issued claims (for the first time) on behalf of both CEL and ParkingEye who have their own in-house legal teams and have NEVER previously farmed out litigation.

    Looks like anti-competitive behaviour to me.

    I guess it may prove more cost effective
