Here is the guide - as understood by the other side

Did they "take control" of goods?
    • All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
    • When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
    • "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
    • All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

Did the Bailiff that visited have a badge or any reference number or left any other paperwork?

Did your wife sign anything else like a Controlled Goods Order

The name on the writ, Simon John Williamson, does not appear on the bailiff register but he is a director so presumably he takes responsibility for the Writ but someone else visits.

It would be useful to know the process they followed.
Not much to say, he presented himself, he notified me about ccj, about the writ of control and about the charging amount. He asked my wife for a surface to write down his paperworks and my wife let him in. But she did that after i agreed with transfer. Next he gave me 15 min to make the payment and while he waited he started sneaking through the house. Spouse did not signed anything. At the end he just handed a copy (i guess it is a copy) of the writ. No badge was shown however he had an icon police alike on his chest
    This is it.

Thank you. Shall i include cpr 13.2 and 13.3 with details?
Have you not mentioned under which CPR you are applying in your original application.  I would assume the judge will have access to CPRs but you should/have referred to the relevant parts in you application and/or original WS.
I did. I was just wondering if i have to do that again?
The WS you are now writing is a supplementary not a replacement, so it is EXTRA to what you have already sent, which means what yo sent before should still stand.
Thank you. Will this have the same force as i would replace it? Many thanks

In an ideal world he should never have been let in the house
If there had been no car in the ownership of the debtor on the premises ,after a couple of failed attempts they return the case to the client as uncollectable.
Ive dealt with a lot of HCEO issues (the above applies to domestic premises only) the rules where it is a mix of commercial and domestic is quite a grey area.

Good evening to all, hope you are well. I was wondering if bcbltd are legal to ignore a request? Say, 2 weeks ago, wrote a complaint to them and asked to give details for the amount i have paid. A week later, have sent another email asking the same thing. Are they legal to ignore me? Aren't they obligated under the law to send details? Thanks!

I think you should report them to CIVEA, and I mean complain about their entire handling of the matter, from the start:

    - the fact that you say the bailiff carried on into your house despite knowing you had already applied to stay the Writ,

    - to the fact that they had not visited the month before so the added sums were unjustified

    - and him saying there was no point calling the Police because 'HCEOs are the same as Police"

    - and him going upstairs on carpet, with shoes on, to look for goods to seize when you were paying, etc.,

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad  Should JacksSon also complain to the High Court Enforcement Officers Association?
