Well done on getting the set-aside, let's hope the judgment (paper copy) comes through quickly so that you can see if you have to claim back your set-aside fee or if the judge told the PPC to pay it.
thank you. Hope to receive that this week.
Now i have to submit the defense. Any new samples in MSE that i could inspire from?

Good, but do keep an eye out to make sure both parties comply within the mandated 14 day timescales. If either or both miss it, send a reminder giving them seven days from the date of issue of your instruction to refund the monies. Warn them that you will apply for a warrant of control if they fail to pay.
Contact the judge who made the order if either or both parties fail to pay by your seven day deadline, and apply for warrants of control. The fees for this are added to the amount due as far as I know.

That is great! You are returned back to the position you should have been in and can defend the claim now.  Result!

@Harvez63 and @LionsShare have both been through this before you and will be pleased for you.  Read their threads for info.

Sorry, I don't understand that. Please try again.
Surely you are simply waiting for others to pay you. What am I missing?
