    hi,
i was wondering - do i have to split those amounts: sent and payment slip 1600£ to HCEO separately and 289£ to DCBlegal? or all in one to DCBlegal?
    thnx
The Judge has ordered you the Defendant to be repaid by the Claimant. You don't need to invoice them, if that's what you're implying, they've been given an instruction by a Court/Judge and therefore must follow it. All parties should have been sent a copy of the order.

Just make sure they pay on time etc.

Sorry, I don't understand that. Please try again.
Surely you are simply waiting for others to pay you. What am I missing?
    :))))
from Court Order: point 5 and 6 are separate
1604.17 pounds to be returned from HCEO
289 Claimant to return to defendant.

I have sent a week ago a letter to DCB legal with my account details and i have stated that they should return me 1893.17. They have not responded yet. Now i am in doubt that i have done it correctly.

now my question is: should i sent my details separately to HCEO (and tell them that they should return 1604.17) and DCBlegal (and tel them to return 289), or i've done it properly and DCBlegal will return the whole 1893.17?
    thx

The HCEOs are from DCB group so sending emails to DCBLegal would seem sufficient.

Always in writing. There are no records of phone calls.

    Hi everyone!
So i have called ccbc (case been transferred back) and couldn't get an answer.
Gave a phone call to dcblegal. Asked where is my claim and money. I've been told that i should seek independent advisor on that matter.
Strange, no correspondence from their side in the last 2 weeks that would give an explanation.

I'm thinking of sending a bailiff to their office.  Would you think that is an appropriate step?

(Also i have emailed them this morning with the same reason: money, claim)

You can't send a bailiff to the solicitor!

    They don't owe the money.

It is the parking firm Claimant who was ordered to repay your money 'extorted' (as found by a Judge) by the bailiff.

So you need to lean on the Claimant and show them the written Order and give them your bank details and seven days to repay £xxxx taken by their bailiffs or you will get a writ and will send HCEOs to their offices.

Unless @bargepole sees a better way?

Look up, Warrant of Control, then warn the PPC you will be applying for one if they fail to pay you the money owed "within seven days of the date of this notice. Ensure to give them seven days not seven working days, and make the start date the date of the warning. Use scary red font, and copy and paste their own wording from their own PCNs about court and CCJs etcetera that they use.
