Morning all,
Wondering if you have all got the flylady bus somewhere without me…
Here today is all about DD - when she surfaces, that is! The plan is to go to small town and visit the cs, grab some lunch then back for her to go riding. She is off again tomorrow by lunchtime, so I’m glad that I decided to take the day off work today.Waiting for her to be ready, I have cleared out the fridge, started off some bread, and have some clothes adjusting to do for DD next. Just buttons to move, so not too onerous for my fairly limited sewing skills. I did manage to run the duster around yesterday, just the vacuum cleaning to go. The washing is struggling to dry - I have moved the airer with yesterday’s load on it to in front of the sunny French windows, hoping that will help.
Hope you are all ok. Hugs, sticks and spoons for all who need them x8 -
Morning all xx
I'm here Fayolle 😊 The bus hasn't picked me up yet either.
I've made the bed, fed the birds, put out the rubbish and recycling, and WM is swishing towels & tea towels.
Flying target for today is: WUDUPA all pots and pans. It's not horrendous but I feel like I haven't been on top of the job for weeks.
Love to all

Accident at one end of the street so all traffic is diverted down my nice quiet road so it has taken 20 minutes to get to the end of the street to take the girls to school.. collected prescriptions from B00ts.. loaded the DW.. emptied recycling and bin and cleared cooker.
I apparently had wet washing in the TD... A WEEK ago.. smelly!!!!!!

I am interspersing work stuff with clearing the last few moveable bits from the bedrooms so that there is nothing ON the furniture when the fitters rock up tomorrow.

Morning lovelies, I have the house to myself for a couple of hours. So I'm going to clear the stuff that has accumulated at the dining table end of living room. Well actually it never got moved from when I put it in there when we had the 'new' furniture from Dave's late mum's old house. But I'm going to put on my Christmas music and get stuck in.
Oooh round I never realised there was a designated declutter thread 😏 Am going to frequent it I think, especially as I need to get this place decluttered and ready to go on the market a.s a p. And the thread will make me accountable - well that's the plan...lol
Valli don't overdo it will you hon..

Hi Natty - I look forward to seeing you on the decluttering thread 😀 iona told me about it when I first joined Flylady. The thread is led by Mrs_Salad_Dodger and they are a very supportive gang. And very accepting as, after lurking for years, I suddenly took over their thread big time as I waded through the RoD.
Tea towels are on the radiators, towels are on the airer and I've WULTD whole I have a coffee.
Join me?

K has been here this morning and the whole house is looking good againThe weather forecast wasn't too good earlier, but it has stayed dry enough for me to hang out all the bedding
I didn't manage to finish off the cane toad yesterday, but I have made much better progress this morning and the end is almost in sight. I am waiting for the community equipment loan people to come and collect DH's chair. If I have enough energy, I need to walk Rosie this afternoon, and I also need to go shopping (didn't manage that yesterday, either - though at a pinch I could leave it until tomorrow).
Lunch will be easy cheese on toast.8 -
TD repaired so 2 WM's on
