Loop completely messed things up for me.
They decided to stop inviting me to events part way through the scheme because I'd opted out to other marketing (I didn't opt out of the turn down and save stuff though.)
I've not had a voucher and I guess they'll probably not bother sending me one even though I did take part in multiple events before they messed things up.
I guess, with this sort of thing, there's nowhere for me to refer a complaint, unlike properly regulated energy providers.0
