For info in case its of use for anyone else who might be thinking of leaving Loop and joining another scheme ( I finally got an invite from BG and they pay more so I want to go with them now)

Sent an email to Loop support yesterday seeking confirmation that if I left I would definitely keep and get paid any savings made to date (incl Tuesday 21st) and, if so, please opt me out.
They have responded this morning with confirmation that I do get paid for what I haved earned so far (as I would have expected) and a link to a very short form (email address and drop down selection of reason for leaving) which once submitted immediately removes you from Loop Turn Down & Save

I wouldn't leave them out of loyalty now as they were there when not chose by Eon Next and haven't changed the goalposts for reward like Eon Next have.

They can have their 20% and improve their app and business going forward.

British Gas are paying minimum of £6 per kWh and, "if you only save a little electricity, we'll make sure you earn at least £1 for every session you save"

Still loyalty is a big thing for me after 6 sessions with loop and no offer to join eon next.

I can see why BG customers might jump ship but not us even with BG👍

    Useful information, thanks.

Their support has gone quiet on me, they've not yet explained why they've not bothered to invite me to many sessions even though i'm subscribed to receive them. The fact they've not bothered to invite me to many sessions means I've missed out and it looks to me like it's an error on their side.

The Hugo app seems so much better now that i've looked at it. I can see my usage along with my real tariff information and it can all be managed in the app. Guess I'll migrate to using them.

Just had the email that I've saved over £20 on the last session!

Plugged the car in for the 3 hours in the afternoon, so it certainly works.

Yep £23.42p from this session still heading for £200 by the end test event which considering we missed 5 in total due to our naff energy supplier Eon Next not including everyone and being transparent and one mess up where they did include me and that meant a double MPAN entry to the DFS scheme

....another 8.18kWh and £20.44 for me, not expecting to make £200 by the end, probably £170ish - better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick as my Grandad used to say. Long may the scheme last :)

I only managed to scrape £9.01 ...still better than last time.  Hopefully I'll do better next time now I've gone with BG, especially as they are paying more than 2 x Loop
