Co-operative Refer a Friend Switching Offer £125 (Nov 2022)

Works as in I’ve referred a couple of friends to the co-op offer, and £125 was successfully received when the switch was completed and the referral form filled out.

Can anyone that has applied recently and the account is opened, did you get a switch letter in the post confirming the switch?

Only reason I'm asking is that my brother-in-law applied in August and the switch was never completed. He finally had a letter from Co-op after 8 weeks of investigation stating he had not completed the switch section, but knows he had as you need to validate the switch account details for it to provide the earliest switch date which he was given the 05/09/22 and accepted.

Though not in relation to a recent switch to Co-op, I had confirmation by SMS 7 days ahead of the completion date to confirm my switch was in progress and confirming the date it would complete.

I've done all the switches available to me in the last 2 months. try explaining to family/friends and they don't want to know as its "too much hassle" or "a con by the banks". all well and good until there's an offer like this one and it's me missing out too by not being able to refer them. i have no switching friendly family/friends
