UKPC sent County Court Business Centre letter - what do I do?

Does it all look OK before I send it? Also does it have to be sent by post or is email OK?

Good to know email is OK! My printer isn't working and I'm not in work for a week to use that one!

All good EXCEPT remove the phrase in 14 that you would 'likely have paid' had you received that letter.  That works against you because it appears to admit liability and that you are prepared to pay them something.  Nope!

I assume your exhibits do go up to 'L' and you have Excel v Wilkinson, even though this doesn't show it.

Yes I have all the rest as per my last WS, I just didn't want to clog up the feed with it again so only added the bits I changed. Thanks again for your help. I'll amend that part, I put it in because I thought it would show that I had wanted to resolve the situation but totally see what you're saying so will remove it. 
I need to email this to the court and also to the claimant yes? No-one else?

Yep - your local court (not CCBC) and the C's solicitor (not UKPC themselves).

Well the date for WS to be submitted is tomorrow and so far I've not received a thing from UKPC's solicitors. Is this normal?
