Does anyone get the same problem with santander website as I get on Skipton? I log in but it immediately logs you out again. I change browser to safe mode, occasionally works, change device from mac to android, same problems. Basically it just seems a lottery whether the website works for me.1

My wife and I both opened accounts when it was initially launched. We are both existing Santander customers. I did my application through the app and received the usual type of message saying they were checking my application and I would hear back soon. I already have a couple of current accounts with them as well as a credit card with a high limit but the approval took about 24/36 hours. My wife's application was done online through their website. She has virtually no history with them apart from one inactive current account but her application came back as approved in less than 15 minutes! Puzzling to say the least but we both have the account and it is so simple to operate (as it should be!). Transfers in and out could not be quicker (I only use the app). With the constant changing of rates, I am now ending up with more accounts than I have ever had and I guess the money I have put in Santander will only stay there until someone comes along and tops the 2.75%!1

I've not set it up yet as I've got to wait for the letters being sent out again but looking at it, do you really need to enter that 10 digit long user ID as well as your password every time you log in!? How you supposed to remember that. Or is it just the first time you use it?0

That's the only option to simplify it? So if you don't use face or fingerprint you have to put those two full sets of details in everytime?0 -
Is it separate log in details for joint accounts? My partner hasn't had anything through yet. Online chat was a waste of time.0
