  • Have you tried scanning the QR code on the letter using the scanner facility in the app? That’s what I do and haven’t experienced any problems doing it this way. 

    Thanks very much for the reply and yes, I've tried it but nothing happens.  The first 2-3 months was fine, it just started this month.
  • I've got the same problem - Bundle Timeline & Notifications were showing 1 item to post on 3rd April (I received that bundle over a week ago) but Bundle Timeline & Notifications are now showing a further 2 bundles to post on 3rd April.

    No sign of the further 2 bundles as yet, and I've received bundles for posting upto 11th April.

    I had a reply to my query of not receiving a bundle. Spectos think I acknowledged receiving it as they have matched it up with a package that I have received. I am clueless whether this is true or not as I bin the package letter once scanned.

    Spectos do things slightly different to Kantar. When I did the quiz for the second time it prompted me with the correct answers.
    when i read through again , i found the differences , thanks

    Have they told you the number of the package A+ 4 digits ?  On the app, go to points history and scroll back and look for that number - if you did scan it, then it will appear as Reported package A1234 with 25 points and a date.

    I keep the package letter because it has a space at the bottom for you to note when and where posted - which includes the bundle ID (C+5 digits).   I know the app tracks this automatically, but I keep a scribbled note just in case there's a query.  (Then scrap them all after a month).

    I reckon I'll wait and see if anything appears in today's post and then e-mail them about my missing two...
    I need to think of something new here...

    That won't give me the C number for posting, so I could have received an envelope with just the A number on a letter without the bundle.

    It doesn't really matter now, as either I didn't receive it or I have lost it. Either way I haven't got it to post.

  • I haven't yet received my first package from Spectos but I would like my 6-month period off and start in November. (Camping dates already booked from May-Aug 4n each month). Do I send a ticket to them on the app? A previous email about the manuals was never replied to.

    Still no update on the unaddressed survey I signed up for and due to start on 27 March. I have emailed them again but to date they now decided not to reach out to me (their language not mine).

    Nearly messed up today. I completed the delivery survey once the post had arrived, failed to notice a doorstepped item until much later when I left the house. Luckily the doorstepped item was from spectos, so doesn't need including.
