Was due to start unaddressed mail yesterday. Told survey would be on my account latest pm 27 March. Sent them an email and received the following reply.

 

Thank you for your message and for informing us about this issue. Our IT team already took care to solve this, you should now be able to report the number of items received or not received yesterday. Thank you again for reaching us out, please let us know if you need further assistance or support. Have a nice day, unquote l

How can I report anything when the survey is still not there in the first place.

CD was fixed overnight for me and I got a response to my ticket.

The transponder issues appears to have resolved itself and is now tracking correctly. Hope it stays that way.

I do still have an issue with an unsent bundle from October last year which I never received.

Just joined having received my kantar joining link for spectos. Am I correct in thinking it is all done on phone app? as I can't seem to find a log in page on the internet. Thank you for any answers I receive:)

They are now saying:

I also noticed I did not receive a prompt, either by email or app, prior to the start that I had had for the Correctly Delivered survey

I received an email reminder on Fri 24th for the Unaddressed Survey. It was showing in the App on Monday morning.
