I registered at end November. Received my 1st test letter in January and have been invited to participate in the surveys. Have continued to receive letters but haven’t had any bundles/posting packs to send out yet.

Yep, mine says I received 2 items but I didn’t fill anything in and I actually received no post today.

There doesn’t appear to be a way to download them off the app.

You could send them a message and ask if they’ll email them to you?

You could send them a message and ask if they’ll email them to you?

I have an Android phone. After downloading the manuals you can either copy them over to your PC using a usb cable or email them to yourself.

I have the same issue. Just have to wait. I guess.

I think there must be a setting on my iPhone somewhere as the downloads don't appear in my Files-Downloads folder as they should. Still checking Google! Thanks anyway.

The issue with the UM survey has been fixed. The number that was already pre populated for yesterday has gone and I was able to put in the correct number, in the daily item section.

I have an iPhone SE 2020 and it is part of my iPhone apps, blue folder just says Files. It takes you directly to your iCloud Drive if you are logged in.
