Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I was due to start the unaddressed mail survey today but nothing shown in my account. I did email them and they advised this would appear today and latest pm. However nothing shown as yet. I was wondering if anyone else had an issue starting this survey today.

They send out the posting packs about 2 weeks in advance, and you can also see in the app when you need to post next.

Ditto.  CD has appeared OK but not UA.   Since no post today - I'm not worried.

Oi - Spectos - stop nagging!

This is the second time that the app has sent me a notification at 1645 on a bundle posting day to say they haven't had a notification of posting.  That would be because I haven't posted it yet....   The last collection at my local box is 1730, so if I finish work at 1700 and go to post the bundle at 1706 that's not a problem.

I've also had a notification. If they bothered to look at the tickets, they would see I reported on Friday that I hadn't received the bundle.

I have access to mine, but it shows as already been filled in for today with a different number than I received … I have emailed them.

I’ve got the unaddressed survey showing in the APP from this morning but it’s not working properly! I’ve emailed about it.

Yes, same for me. It seems to have copied across the number I entered in the CDM survey. I’ve emailed them also.

It's a bit of an odd system isn't it - I did exactly the same as you and then began to panic that I'd done something wrong as there was no acknowledgement of completion of the quizes or any change to the app ...
