They are - I've had a mailbag with 2 cubes.JanefromDorset said:I’m just presuming Spectos will continue to use the mailbag system -
There are a couple of things you could tell the PO staff...
a) "I've started a little job working from home and they send me the bags and forms to send stuff in". Which is true - they won't necessarily know the survey exists.
b) "None of your business"
I need to think of something new here...3 -
Today I got a Jiffy Bag to be sent out and the address looked mighty familiar. So I looked at the pending pile and I'm sending one off to the same address on a Saturday morning and the following Monday. I guess that might be a useful thing to measure - do the Saturday collections arrive any faster than a Monday morning? Or will they both get there at the same time? Not two copies of the same book though - the size and weight are different.I need to think of something new here...1

I've received my first sack to post. Annoyingly it is too heavy to be able to walk with it to the post office.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I've received a heavy one today as well. The previous one was quite light. I don't drive so have no choice other than to lug it up a steep hill to the Post Office.silvercar said:I've received my first sack to post. Annoyingly it is too heavy to be able to walk with it to the post office.0 -
I have to send a letter to the same individual in my home town every week and have done since I started.NBLondon said:Today I got a Jiffy Bag to be sent out and the address looked mighty familiar. I have received three books so far but none of them have included a request to post them back, unless I've just missed it!bdark2755 said:Received my first book today, nothing exciting! It was in a cardboard wallet type thing. However it wasn’t until after I’d removed the stamps and put the cardboard packaging into recycling that I noticed on the back of the letter it says to post it back to them. Whoops, I’m sure they don’t want it back now 😂
They say to write FREEPOST SPECTOS on it and post it back. Does anyone do this?0 -
It was the cardboard packaging they wanted back, it said I could keep the book or charity shop it.Gail333 said:

Ok - so I've had me welcome letter, downloaded the app, activated my account and completed the quizzes, but don't see anywhere to sign up to any surveys. Do Spectos just automatically start sending me stuff now or am I missing something really obvious?Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

The surveys come by emaill invitation and show in your app when you have accepted.MikeyPGT said:Ok - so I've had me welcome letter, downloaded the app, activated my account and completed the quizzes, but don't see anywhere to sign up to any surveys. Thank you - I was confused because the video showed surveys listed on the dashboard whereas my dashboard only had the quizzessilvercar said:
