I started the Unaddressed Mail survey yesterday and it was there for me straightaway, however all the fields were populated already.  When I checked again today all fields were blank and I could enter 0 for yesterday and today, as I haven't received any unaddressed mail this week as yet.  Everyone should make sure they have the latest 1.5.1 version of the app as apparently the survey won't work if you haven't updated to this version.

I've got the latest version (1.5.1) and should've started the Unaddressed survey yesterday but it's still not showing in the app.

Anyone else had trouble getting the answers right on the quizzes, ive only done the correctly delivered one so far, but keeps saying ive got errors , even if i change the answers??  Ive been with Kantar forever doing these so cant understand what im doing wrong?

Spectos do things slightly different to Kantar. When I did the quiz for the second time it prompted me with the correct answers.

Same here. My app is up to date to that’s not the issue.

Which phone have you got? I’m using an iPhone with the latest IOS installed. I could see the survey on Monday morning. Could this be the issue?

I have an iPhone se and have the latest app 1.5.1. I have never had issues before.

Me neither.  I went back to the e-mails and it's not 100% clear when I'm starting.  It does say that you should be watching out for items in the week before the start - so wonder if that means I should be looking now but the survey doesn't start until next week?  Which implies that you do 6 or 7 weeks of activity for a 5 week survey - that's a bit sneaky...
