    I think I'm missing a couple of bundles...  yesterday I got one to go out on 11th April but the app says I should have some for 4th April.  No problem if they arrive later this week but it seems odd to have been overtaken.

    I also noted that the one arriving yesterday was in a franked envelope instead of the 1st Large stamps I've had so far - perhaps Spectos are changing things at the depot as they went fully live....
    I need to think of something new here...

    Me neither.  I went back to the e-mails and it's not 100% clear when I'm starting.  It does say that you should be watching out for items in the week before the start - so wonder if that means I should be looking now but the survey doesn't start until next week?  Which implies that you do 6 or 7 weeks of activity for a 5 week survey - that's a bit sneaky...
    When the invitation came through it definitely said it was starting on the 27 March.  However since then no further communication from them other than they said it would appear in my app. I have sent them several emails but just keep getting generic replies.

    I have a bundle to post on 3rd April and yesterday I noticed that a second bundle has also been added to post on the same day. I haven’t got that second bundle yet (but do have the first) and I wouldn’t be surprised if the second bundle disappears very quickly again.

    Yes, bundles appearing and disappearing is a regular occurence for me too.

    I've also noticed that I should have a bundle to post next week but I haven't received it yet although ones for the following week have arrived.

    Today's Spectos surprise - an item with the wrong postage from a business sender.  The details at the top left said DL 2nd and the app offered me the options for a franked item.  It had a 1st class stamp on - so I had to log it as Other and add the notes.

    I'm guessing that the business sender gets the envelopes already made up with a list of how they should be sent, so someone slipped up - maybe it missed the franking machine and someone else at that business helped out with a stamp?  Or the franking machine was out of service?
    I need to think of something new here...

    Yes, I have had a couple of those as well. The stamp isn’t even included in the usual place but almost in the middle of the envelope and usually rotated so it’s almost upside down but not quite.

  • Hi all, I've been on this 3-4 months now and since 1st March I've received 4 "Item receipt" letters with a code beginning with A followed by 6 digits.  Problem is when I imput the code I get a message at the top of the screen (on my phone) and I can't see what it says because the top of the phone covers it up.  It begins, "Cannot find.... and won't accept the code.  I've reported this on each occasion but don't seem to be getting anywhere.  Has anyone else had the same issue?  Thanks.

    Have you tried scanning the QR code on the letter using the scanner facility in the app? That’s what I do and haven’t experienced any problems doing it this way.

    I have exactly the same - one bundle received to post on 3rd April but its showing two bundles due to be posted.
