    I had to post one on Tuesday past and one the week before but I’ve now got nothing else to post, so hopefully that’s the testing done until we go live…
    Ditto - 1 outbound on the 6tth (actually sent on the 13th as the bundle didn't arrive in time) and 1 inbound.

    Would have been nice if they told us it was a test phase...  If it's now wait for March to go live; then I'll just have to sit on the 390 points I've accumulated.  (Remember you can only trade the points in blocks of 2500). Or will they test us on Correctly Delivered or Unaddressed as well?

    Not a big deal to wait until March as I will then be coming off the end of a Kantar cycle and straight on to Spectos.
    I need to think of something new here...

    My e-mail from Spectos says:

    Thank you so much for your email. As of now the company is still in the test cycle. We are setting off the actual cycles very soon and you will begin to receive your incentive stamps post that.
    Hopefully we aren’t going to be expected to keep receiving/posting items for another 5-6 months until it goes live for no reward?

    the app is incomplete, i had a few qr codes that were marked invalid and i had to enter the code in manually. the app is annoying to use as it asks so many question when dispatching items. you think yiu marked everything but then you scroll down and there's 2 more questions. it's not intuitive and the lack of gps, no reminders to inform you of upcoming parcels etc no support contacts either. it's a joke. they rushed it out after winning tbhe contract from royal mail and pushed out an unfinished app.

    sorry, i meant it has gps but it lists the post boxes in a list, rather than show you visually on a map. i have several poost boxes on rhe same road and it gets confusing. they should ideally have a favourite list that you can pick youtr postbox off easily. also it asks you to reconfirm the last collection time and then confirm that you have actually posted it.

    rather than having to scroll down, perhaps have everything on one screen and you press next to go to the next screen to fill in the rest.

    Got my second outbound bundle today (Sat 22nd) - one letter to go out Fri 14th  :o  So the postal strikes are really playing havoc with deliveries round here and the stats should eventually prove it.

    Isn't that list presented as "closest first"?  Which makes sense if they assume/expect you are doing it while standing next to the box you've just used to post items.  If you've posted while on a journey from A to B and are only logging when you get to B then remembering the number of the correct box (if the ID hasn't been ripped off) isn't that hard.
    I need to think of something new here...

    If you need to check then on the postbox plate at the bottom there is something that looks like a postcode. That is the identifier for that particular postbox and the boxes in the list all show their particular identifier.

    If the box you're using isn't on their list they ask for a photo of it.

    Yes the app is very basic. It would be nice to have an option to contact Spectos through it rather than having to email them.

    I’ve also been caught out by the 2 other options at the bottom when posting - It would definitely help having everything fit on the screen.

    I hope the app is vastly improved before they go live.

    I've finally had a reply to my email to Spectos, however it answers a different question to the one I asked! It thanked me for 'reaching out' to them (boy does that irk! What's wrong with 'contacted'?) and reassured me that - 
    I would like to inform you that the process of sending out the reward stamps is in progress, as this is the test runphase of the project, you'll be getting the reward points but soon the stamps will also be sent to the participants.

    It's weeks since I emailed. I predict chaos 🤯
