Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Twice now I've had notices on the app saying I will have posting to do which then disappear. One said posting late December which went after a couple of days, then one said posting on 3rd January and that's now gone. Is this usual or do you suppose they are just realising that I've already done more than 6 months?

Although I'm suppose to be on a break after 6 months, I've now been ask to do a Daily Correctly Delivered Survey for 2 weeks - mainly security  I really don't mind, as it keeps me in the Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel loop!

Have you updated to the latest APP version? Although on a break, Ihad to update the APP twice with the same update the other day, so I'm wondering if the second update behind was to fix any bugs etc?

Yes I've recently updated twice. I'll check for another update though.

You will still get invites to do surveys while you are off the live panel

I’ve had one that I was scheduled to send middle of December and that has gone. The only thing I can think of is that they have added a notice today that 2nd class postings won’t have any RFID’s in the run up to Christmas so I wonder have they run out and so just cancel other mailings rather than also send 1st class mailings out without them as well?

Ah you may be right. I've now got a sending listed for 30th December which seems to be sticking. They *are* having problems because I queried not getting my 10p for returning an RFID and got a reply saying they were behind. I then got 10p for a return that isn't really mine so sounds like they are in a muddle. I was also supposed to get a test letter yesterday that didn't arrive.

I'm doing the Unaddressed Survey and have received a 'Local Leaflet Pack' with 3 individual leaflets inside a see-through cellophane packet.

The image of what I'm expecting to receive on the Spectos website shows just the outer cellophane packet.

Should I record this as receiving just one item or should I record it as receiving 3 leaflets? Hope this makes sense.

If they show a picture of the packet in the app, I'd put it down as one as you've received that.
