I am mixed up about the stamps , last ones other than the Christmas stamps ie 12 first class , 4 large letter I received on 13/12/2025 .
Was this for December or January.
When can we expect our next stamps , thought mine would have been in the senders pack I received today for posting 7/1/2026
Does anyone know what the system is for this ?
If they arrived in a posting pack it tells you on the paperwork.

I never read the paperwork in that much detail. I just check when it needs to be posted and that’s it.

Given your signature "Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of."
Surely attention your detail is something you pride yourself in .....

The POSTING PLAN has a section titled OBSERVATIONS

Mostly it is left blank but about 20% of the time it will contain ...

"PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED YOUR STAMPS FOR "Month in question"

    Guess you don't know of
Donelan Andrews and "Pays to Read"

What's the point of being sent any information or instructions and you ignoring them?

I've been signed up and ready for work since October 2024.  I've done a few unaddressed mail surveys, and a couple of correctly addressed, but I've not been called up for the main panel yet.  So frustrating!
It's interesting that there is such a disparity in different areas. I signed up and then was contacted to be on the panel straight away. I do live in a fairly rural area but there is a pretty significant town just a few miles away so you would think they would have a lot of panellists.

Thanks for all the help everyone, particularly on the 'what to do with paperwork' query. I'll probably hang onto it for a month or so until the recycling bin is getting picked up. :-)
  • Just a note to mention that if anyone is thinking of selling some surplus stamps on eBay, please don't forget to send by a trackable method.

I've sold loads of low value stuff on eBay over the years and used ordinary (untracked) post with no problems.

The stamps are the most expensive thing I've ever sold on eBay. I've had a message from the buyer, saying the stamps haven't arrived.  :(

    How stupid am I.

That's good for proof of delivery but I believe stamps are an excluded item for lost/damaged in transit. So might not have helped if the buyer is being honest and not mislaid them.

I use this company to sell stamps and highly recommend them. Great communication and your money is in the  bank the same day the stamps arrive.

So I've gone live today - I guess that means I've missed my Christmas gift pack again!  Bit worried as I'm on holiday next week - I have told them previously and they have got it listed but not really convinced ...
