Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I keep it for a few weeks just because sometimes they send you a query for received post and I can’t remember what I had when otherwise.

You should receive your first set of stamps as a welcome onto the live panel. Please complain by raising a ticket.

I've reached voucher value this week which is why I'm now thinking now is the right time to finish. 

It happening is bad enough, but Spectos ignoring complaints and not addressing whatever is going wrong in their processes is not acceptable. 

Happened to me in March/ April. They responded to my complaint by saying I should give them plenty of notice. To compound it, they never sent me anything to post or receive after my holiday as I was ‘soon completing my time on the panel’ soon being 2 months, so I lost 2 months worth of points, yet they didn’t count my end date until the 6 months were up, so I’m still waiting to return.

It was your post I remembered Silvercar. It's unfair that you then lost 2 months points opportunities - and 2 months is still a third of a stint to go, not nearing the end!

I had a lot of post coming and going to start with. I started last April. Now I'm getting just two to post a month and a few test letters received per month. It's really slowed down. So far I've kept all the paperwork. I guess I'll throw it away when/if they put me on a break.

I used to keep it to the end of the stint and then shred the lot but I'm thinking to maybe only keep one months worth going forward.

If there's a mismatch between the expected and actual postage, I usually cut the relevant bit off the envelope and staple to the paper work in case I get a followup query.   Not that I ever have...

I've been signed up and ready for work since October 2024.  I've done a few unaddressed mail surveys, and a couple of correctly addressed, but I've not been called up for the main panel yet.  So frustrating!

I keep all paperwork until the end of my stint,  then shred it.  I also make a note of the date and where I post back the RFID, then tick it off once the points have been allocated.

I am mixed up about the stamps , last ones other than the Christmas stamps ie 12 first class , 4 large letter I received on 13/11/2025 .
Was this for December or January.
When can we expect our next stamps , thought mine would have been in the senders pack I received today for posting 7/1/2026
Does anyone know what the system is for this ?
