Just a quick Q. Has everyone received their normal December stamps? (Not the Xmas 1s)
I've received packs up until Xmas now and no stamps.0 -
Think my last ordinary stamps arrived on the 13/11/25 so I would expect them to arrive in the next few days0
-
I am expecting a senders pack for the first posting for January so they will probably be within that .
You should have received the December incentive stamps by now as well as the eight Christmas stamps that came a bit later on the 26/120 -
I've just come back from holiday to find 3 sender packs waiting for me despite putting my time away in 6 months ago and raising a ticket with them asking them to ensure I don't receive packs while I'm away. I also separately received my 8 Christmas stamps but no December stamps or joining presentation pack.0 -
Anyone else waiting to return to the live panel? i have been on rest since end of May. always seem to miss out on the Christmas stamps0

Please complain about them sending you stuff when on booked leave. If enough of us complain they'll have to look into it hopefullymadflower said:

I complained over a month ago about a parcel sat outside my door while I was holiday (fantastic advert that no-one was home, a worry of mine having previously been burgled while away) and they're ignoring me, after the first condescending chirpy response saying it was ok, I could just store and post them when the time came round and a cheeky reminder to book dates in advance -I'd booked months in advance! The same happened a couple of years ago and at first they blamed other panelists and then said it was an algorithm that my issue had helped solve.
I chased it up again this week but still ignored, so I'm seriously thinking of dropping out now and deactivating my account.0 -
I have complained to them, especially as I raised a ticket with them before I went asking for them to confirm nothing would be sent during my time away. I have also had it happen previously. I also raised a ticket with them while I was away as I got a notification asking me to confirm that I'd received the senders pack! They can't blame other panelists this time as only senders packs were involved.podmonster said:

I'm also thinking of withdrawing from being a panelist depending on their response but will wait until I've enough points for my next voucher as I'm over halfway to getting it.1 -
Very interesting Madflower, our experiences sound similar. I can't scroll back (on a train on my phone currently) but there was another poster recently who'd also received a parcel, I think, while on holiday and had a 'book your holiday dates in advance' type response which they had done.
I've reached voucher value this week which is why I'm now thinking now is the right time to finish.
It happening is bad enough, but Spectos ignoring complaints and not addressing whatever is going wrong in their processes is not acceptable.0 -
@heather66 - I've been resting since the end of May. I received notification of a space in my area end of November, and apparently due to start on the live panel again first week of January. I live in a slightly rural area though so suspect there may not be many other panellists nearby! No Christmas stamps for me either this year.
Has anyone received their posting pack for early Jan yet please? I am asking as I'm not entirely convinced that things will go according to plan with my start date.
As an aside, does anyone else put books of stamps in their Christmas cards as a way of distributing these to friends and family?!0 -
Hi everyone, newish to the sending/receiving panel and it's all going well so far, I think. Just had a couple of questions that I wondered if someone could help with.
Is it normal to be receiving a fair bit of mail - today I received three letters and a small package and have had other items this week as well as a couple to post. It's fine, but I must admit it's a bit more than I was expecting. I do feel a bit Vernon Dursley 'fine day Sunday, no post on Sunday' about tomorrow!
Secondly, do you keep the paperwork once you've scanned in the items (either sending or receiving) and if so for how long? I've been turning on my location when I mail so hopefully that will be ok, but the postage on the items I receive is different to any which is listed so I am wondering if they might question me on that. But again with the amount of stuff I am receiving it is tempting to put everything in the recycling.
I haven't received my stamps but seems that is a bit par for the course as I've only been doing this a few weeks. Thanks all!0
