    None of the emails show the actual gift card number but there is an order number plus support/help email addresses for both Spectos and Germany.

    I'm thinking maybe I should try emailing Spectos.....what do you think? I'd prefer to speak on the phone but I don't know if they take phone calls.

    When you order a voucher from Cadooz you get 2 emails. The first is an order confirmation. The second contains a link to the voucher. Find that email and click on the link to see the voucher.

    Exactly. Spectos should just agree to pay for them regardless whilst we're on the panel. Would make things far simpler and fairer than having to play pot luck with our own money.

    I was suggesting it would be simpler for them to just cover all of it if they actually want us to take the items, which is what Kantar did, the one time it happened I just rang them, they sent me extra stamps (which came the next day) and I put them on the card. It turned out it was their item but they didn't have this back-forward that Spectos make it.

    But whatever. The items can just go back then.

    How exactly do you expect Spectos to know that?  They can tell you if there's a parcel on the way but not where it is or whether that's the parcel that relates to the Something for You card.  If they could track stuff that closely, they wouldn't need panellists...

    If you don't want to risk paying out for something and finding it's something you didn't want - then just throw the card away.  If it is a Spectos item - it will have their return address on it so they will get it back.  They might then raise a query.
    I need to think of something new here...

    If it is a Spectos item that someone on the panel posted (I think business participants actually use their own postage and claim back) then it will go back to whoever posted it.
