Has anyone else received either a test item or any other letter in a clear bag with a survey enclosed?

I received a test item as described above with a card that says "Royal mail survey, your survey is enclosed" it states on the card that " The letter or parcel that arrived with this card has been selected at random as part of a large national sample"

It contains two sets of tick boxes which ask about the type of letter and about the sender. If you select "None of the above" then it asks you to specify.

It's freepost, does not contain my name etc but DOES have a set of numbers and a QR code so presumably to identify me.

I'm probably being (hopefully) a bit paranoid here but I do receive a large volume of test letters and parcels so I'm wondering if they are either getting suspicious that I may be on the panel, especially as it's a test item that they are asking me about and not one of my regular letters, or maybe they think I'm "dodgy" an

It just seems highly odd to me and I would really like to know if anyone else has received one of these cards.

Yes, I’ve had them several times, once attached to a parcel I’d paid for and most recently, to a test item. I think Mail is picked at random and a survey is attached. I didn’t fill in the most recent one as I couldn’t honestly provide them with the info they requested.

Thank you very much for your reply! The fact that you have seen this before has put my mind at rest as the more I thought about it, the more I was starting to worry that they suspected I was a panelist or even worse "dodgy" and that this was Royal Mail trying to work out what I'm "up to" in the guise of a survey 😂

Well, that was a quick response to my underpaid parcel question.

“Would you like stamps or points adding to your account to cover the cost ?”

hopefully the points will get added just as quickly because I only posted the ticket at the start of the week.

And the 700 points have been credited today. That was a lot easier than fighting for the unaddressed mail points

Okay, so the app is having a moment and it’s let me log one item okay but the other three when I’m ticking  I don’t know what time it came  it’s not letting me proceed because I haven’t entered a time.

    Anyone else having any problems?

I did have a problem with something similar but I quit out of it and tried again and it worked ok.

Been a while since I done the UA survey. When/IF they decide to give you points for it when is it usually credited? End of week 3 or later?  Coming to end of wk4 now of inputting data. Just wondering if I should raise a ticket now or wait?

Last two I’ve done credited mid week after week 5 ended.

If you have completed it correctly you will usually be paid on the Monday following the completion of week 5., Check the emails they send you to make sure you record the overdue items as undelivered before they disappear.

If you completed it correctly, but don’t get paid,  challenge it because there have been mistakes made.

I also had two items to log. First one was fine but second one wouldn't proceed without time of receipt, type of item, stamp class, format then just froze. I closed down the app and reloaded it and it has been fine since.
