If it is a Spectos item that someone on the panel posted (I think business participants actually use their own postage and claim back) then it will go back to whoever posted it.
If it's a Spectos prepared parcel sent in a mailbag, the return address on the label is PO Box 18410 so it will go to Spectos.  If it's a Spectos prepared Large Letter, that also has that return address.

If it's a business panellist who has used their own mailing labels and franking machine, it should have the right postage on it....
I need to think of something new here...

UA has disappeared from the app - no points yet.  I knew it was all going too well!
I received an email from them about this issue this morning. They acknowledge there is a problem and to wait for them to sort it out. Keep a note of anything you need to log.

    Points now awarded  :)

    2) I had to log it as Other Postage as it had stamps on - a total of £11.55!  Which is way over what it should be for a Small Parcel even at 2kg maximum weight.  I'm guessing that the sender's franking machine was out of order and they just guessed at the weight/rate and shoved whatever they had onto the parcel.
Another one of these today - 6 First Class Stamps (4QE and 2 KC).  Reported it as that but no query from Spectos on the previous one.

Well you would think that Spectos themselves know the correct postage! One or other has made a mistake.

Well, that was a quick response to my underpaid parcel question.

“Would you like stamps or points adding to your account to cover the cost ?”

hopefully the points will get added just as quickly because I only posted the ticket at the start of the week.

Okay, so the app is having a moment and it’s let me log one item okay but the other three when I’m ticking  I don’t know what time it came  it’s not letting me proceed because I haven’t entered a time.

    Anyone else having any problems?
