So to save traipsing to the sorting office which is only open a couple of hours a day while I am at work, I sent the card back with the extra stamps on (as per the instructions on the card) expecting that my parcel would then be delivered.
Instead they have redelivered the card with the extra stamps back again.
Managed to collar the postie who said "not a clue, I just deliver what is given to me."

Not sure it's meant to be this complicated?

Finally got invited back to the survey after 11 months rest period. Received my first few posting packs couple weeks ago but no stamps nor presentation pack. Raised a ticket 8 days ago, no response, sent email 2 days ago and still nothing. Their admin is awful, least respond to open tickets.

I was invited back to the survey 20 May received my presentation pack and welcome back stamps 2 days later. Just received my June stamps this week. First test letter arrived yesterday & first posting pack due in next couple of days. Keep chasing them.

That's exactly what happened to me. When I managed to catch my postie, he rang the office, who said it was an error, he took the card with him, parcel delivered next day. But still no response from Spectos

Is there a way to contact them via phone like we use to Kantar. They just seem to ignore the tickets these days.

They do eventually respond, but I think it’s gone back to about three weeks or so before they get back to you.

UA has disappeared from the app - no points yet.  I knew it was all going too well!
I need to think of something new here...

I received an email from them about this issue this morning. They acknowledge there is a problem and to wait for them to sort it out. Keep a note of anything you need to log.

I received an email this morning about this issue. They are aware of it and it’s a technical issue.
I’m one of the lucky ones my survey is still showing
