I had a couple the other day, and again today, where I knew the date, but not the time they arrived. I’ve found that since the last update, it never asks me any more questions once I say I don’t know the time received. That’s for both letters and parcels.fluffig said:

Well certainly one of the ones had a dvd and cd in, so I didn’t think it had come from Spectos itself, but perhaps it did. I just thought it odd that the app didn’t want any of the details about postage etc on the items received when I put I didn’t know the time they had been received.Money_Grabber13579 said:

I thought exactly the same thing as well but then, I don’t know why asking for the time is important to the survey anyway. I don’t think Royal Mail have any targets for the time of day they deliver, only how many days it takes to deliver?fluffig said:

Same here. It now means I complete the receipt registering in half the time for the same points.fluffig said:
