Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

To be pedantic - it doesn't say "leave blank" it says you don't need to write anything on the tag. If (as most of mine were) it is pre-filled then you don't need to add anything. Since more than one person here says they arrive blank, I now am not sure whether they should be pre-filled (and Spectos are missing some) or the process has changed at some point. I agree that Spectos seem inconsistent.MDMD said:In the newsletter from October Spectos told us to leave blank……so as ever they seem to be a bit ineptI need to think of something new here...1 -
I told the PO counter clerk I'd been asked to drop the sack off and asked if the tag should've been filled in. Their reply was, "Well, I would".
Not an exact Yes or No, but I always do.0 -
No, just the extra packet of 'ordinary' Christmas stamps. First Christmas for me with Spectos but I don't recall ever recieving a presentation pack at Christmas from Kantar either, were you expecting one?emma_eeh said:Have active panellists received presentation stamps last month for Christmas? On the live panel in the last few weeks I have received two test items at different times and fill in all the details but when it comes to the postage type and I go to scan a message appears stamp not valid or bar code.
I then select from the drop down list at the bottom something like "other reason" and complete a small report what has happened. Has anyone else experienced this type of thing. It only happens when a stamp has been put on the item.0 -
Has anyone had the points yet for the unaddressed mail survey that ended at Christmas.
Mine has rolled straight over into a second one but I’ve not had the points for the first one yet and after the battle I had getting them last time. I’m a bit worried. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I completed a UA survey on 17 Dec & didn’t get the points added. I raised a ticket with them this week & they said I should have had the points but they had technical issues!elsien said:Has anyone had the points yet for the unaddressed mail survey that ended at Christmas.

Yes. I’m not on the main panel at the moment, so it’s pretty easy to spot when points have gone on.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I'm starting UA again and the items to watch out for include the "map conference" one and one from "gold edge painting and decorating" which I've seen multiple times before but never had actually arrive. I seem to recall we discussed this before and concluded that maybe Spectos put in fake test items to detect people who just tick everything without looking properly. Anyone else seeing these again?
I do have an Uber Eats leaflet to look out for which seems feasible.I need to think of something new here...0
