My wk40 newsletter said the same as MDMD. There wasn't an attachment. Maybe they are different depending on whether you are resting or not?0

This isn’t the first time I’ve wondered about their, seemingly haphazard, newsletters.
I have often thought they weren’t numbered consecutively.I’ve had a draft email to them half written in my drafts for ages, never sent as I need to trawl through everything to summarise, received on X date, numbered X, had or didn’t have attachment …0 -

I keep everything from them. Have just checked back. The email I had on 06 October headed ‘Royal Mail Mailagents Survey - Newsletter WK 40‘ didn’t have an attachment and just said:
Hello XXXX
Well, it feels like we have had every season at once this week, the weather is up and down like a yo-yo, but we here at Spectos are looking forward to the potential sunshine and warm weather making it’s last hurrah for the weekend. Below are a few things we need you to be aware of even though you are on your rest period.
Transponders
We know you are currently on your rest period but we are checking in regarding transponders.
Please if you can return any of the small brown envelopes that hold our transponders in them as soon as possible this would be amazing. Thank you to each of the Mailagents that have completed this so far, it's appreciated. We just want to make sure that there are no transponders outstanding.
Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed Mail
Don’t forget that even though you are on a break, you may be invited to participate in the Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed Mail surveys over the next few months. This is a great way to boost your points while waiting for a space to become available in your area.
Finally, have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the warmer autumn days. Thank you for your continued support with the survey, it’s appreciated.
Take care,
Your Mailagents Team
Unfortunately there are 2 (at least) mailing lists. If you are resting it seems you only get a basic email to keep you interested. If you are on the live panel you get a different one with operational details. This is another area where Spectos are failing.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein1 -

They’d annoy me if I let them.Instead I tell myself to keep a sense of proportion, I only do it for a few stamps.3 -

Today I received an item. The sender had used a plain envelope with no stamp. In the clear window my address was present (as it should be), HOWEVER written on the envelope in a big bold marker pen was spectors freepost!!!! So now the postie knows and how on earth am I meant to register reciept? I do despair for fluff sake.0

I do despair for fluff sake.I've had that before, when it asks you for the class of postage there is an option on the drop down box for other. I just put no postage on envelope in there but didn't mention to them the Freepost address being used. They haven't queried it with me and it was a few months back.
