  • I've just received an email saying "We would like to let you know that your account has now moved into the ready stage. This means once a space becomes available we will be in contact with you to return to survey tasks for another 6 months. This could take a few weeks or a few months, it all depends on the space."

Snap! Good timing as I’m running out of first class stamps, having distributed my stash fairly widely to friends and family. I still have far too many large letter stamps.

Assume I will be onboarded to late for Christmas 2023 stamps and too early for Christmas 2024!

I put my stockpile of stamps in my Christmas cards, people appreciate them at this time of year.  Expecting to be invited back in January, I live in a city so it is usually around 6 months on and off for me.

You can expect to get them in about 6 years then

I wonder what happens as a result of the delays with the survey to Royal Mail . E.g if anything changes with the service for the better.

With it being stated on the news they are prioritising parcels over letters for the past few weeks I’ve had letters posted at the start of December delivered only yesterday with a post mark of the 15th December. Seems very very poor in that regard when it was posted December 2nd

On a separate note - I have my first outgoing bundle of cubes today.  It arrived already in the mailbag, with that and the posting plan and manifest squidged into a box.  The instructions are to take it to a PO as is  OR  open the bag and put in a parcel postbox.   I don't have a parcel postbox nearby so I'm off to the PO.

Where I know they expect the manifest to be tucked through the zip tie.  So I went to cut off the tie and replace it with a spare and noticed the red PPI tag is not filled in.  Kantar asked us to fill it in but the Spectos instructions don't mention it.  I think I might drop Spectos an e-mail just to be sure.
@NBLondon - did you get a response from Spectos about whether we have to write anything on the tag?
I've got one to post tomorrow and wondered the same...
I find it hard to search these threads, plus the Spectos panellist info is pretty lacking !
    Thanks !

I didn't fill in the red tag when I took one to the Post Office a couple of weeks back. They just stapled the manifest to the tag. Mind you, I think different post offices do different things.

    Hi Liz,

Spectos email said to complete the red tag by using the information from the manifest.

They do.  My local PO scans the manifest and ask me to tuck it through the ziptie - which is awkward when it is already tightened.    So I take a spare big elastic band with me and use that to attach the manifest.
