Yes, I usually get the invites for UA and CD by email.  Not expecting any more this month though as booked holiday for over Christmas.

I got an invitation to take part in an Unaddressed Mail survey today but it starts on Christmas Day! No way would I remember to do it. So annoying because I am only a few points off a payout and I am sure I have been resting for longer than 6 months by now too. At least I still have last year's Christmas stamps to use up this year.
I've got one too. I'm going to do mine as there won't be much mail I wouldn't have thought.

I've just received the newsletter for week 49. As some of you aren't receiving them I thought I'd summarise it as it answers some of the points people have been raising:
    1. In December they are NOT including transponders and they recognise the accompanying letter says to return it - just ignore it. I'm annoyed as I need those points!
    2. There are some blank transponder envelopes where the return address is missing - send these back to Spectos, Freepost.
    3. If you are late sending a bundle they may call you! Also, send it the same day the following week BUT you shouldn't post more than 2 bundles on the same day (I didn't know this one).
    4. Christmas stamps being sent to those on the live panel only as it so busy at this time of year.

I've just got the email too.

Explains why I had two without transponders but annoying that it means we'll get fewer points especially as I'm only 40 away from another voucher!

You don’t need to do it on the actual day though, you can put the data in the following day. I’ve done it a few days later on occasions when I’ve not had anything to log and it’s not been a problem.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Re losing points because no transponders are being sent this month, they seem to be getting worse for not adding the points so you can't rely on them anyway.

I always return promptly (yet still have the annoying reminder in the app!) but currently missing 40 points from four returns in recent weeks.

Also resting and not had any. Seems slightly unfair that '6 months on, 6 months off' gives the same people resting at Christmas each year.
Completely agree with this. It would be a goodwill gesture towards us after so much messing. Also because these are Christmas stamps they're special so not the run of the mill stamps. we can only get them once a year and not at any other time. The ordinary stamps are a nice reward but available all the time so not time restricted or special iyswim?!

And if IIRC milage ts aren't doing diaries or mini eggs so this is the only special 'frstivr' reward!

    It just erodes goodwill.

No sign of Christmas stamps here... I'm assuming they'll be included in one of the bundles which are apparently en route...  Can anyone recall which week commencing bundle theirs were included in please?
I'm on CD at the moment.  This is hilarious as post delivery here has clearly gone to sh*t - not received anything for a week.  Makes for a nice easy CD though!
According to the app I have 4 posting bundles on the way plus somewhere between 2 and 6 test letters from other panellists (app info varies every day it seems - not sure why).
Signed up for UA starting Xmas day - again envisaging there will be little action on this so hoping for an easy 300 pts to get me well on the way to another voucher claim.  Received the UA invite by email, and the CD one in the app.  Not sure if that's a deliberate strategy to ensure panellists are engaging with both routes of communication??
Agree with the unfairness about bonus Christmas stamps being for active posting panellists only.  Kantar was the same and I complained to them about it - not a new issue sadly.
