I completed a ticket, complaining about the lack of Christmas stamps for those resting at this time of year. A quick response, impressive in time but not in substance.

Christmas stamps are just a thank you for being on the panel at an exceptionally busy time of year.  No plans to give those resting Christmas stamps, though feedback is always useful.

Recevied a letter today without a transponder in it. No sign of damage to the envelope so they must just be running short of themor forgot, pity I won't get the 10 points from returning it though!

I had lots of those. To begin with I used to query it with them as their letter always said, paraphrased, transponder is enclosed please return it asap.

But they never seemed the slightest bit interested always replying we don’t always enclose one.

(And then I’m like grrrr well why do you say you do in your letter then 🙃)

Good to hear it's not just me then, received a bundle of books today with no Transponder.
Think I'm more annoyed as I'm very close to another voucher so want every point I can get! :D

So they are short of transponders again. Nothing new. They should put them in stronger envelopes considering the number of times they are posted back. I have had envelopes with worn sides and some not even sealed.

  • I got an invitation to take part in an Unaddressed Mail survey today but it starts on Christmas Day! No way would I remember to do it. So annoying because I am only a few points off a payout and I am sure I have been resting for longer than 6 months by now too. At least I still have last year's Christmas stamps to use up this year.

I hope you are all logging into the app regularly. That's where I got my last survey invite. The last newsletter I got was WK42 dated 20th Oct.
I can’t see a surveys available part in the app, not even saying none available.

Where in the app do you see it?

It's all very confusing. Yesterday I was invited by email to a UA.
