Thank you HJ. I think the wording they use is not quite right (unless it's just me having a senior moment). :/

I did get paid for the survey, thank you. I've done a few of the Unaddressed surveys and always been paid straight away. I've never been offered a Correctly Delivered survey while with Spectos, which is a shame because I much prefer them to the Unaddressed.

Took me a while to get it right too. First one I just kept going and got paid for 2. I only got CD with Kantar but now get mostly UA.

  • I'm quite willing to keep going with the Unaddressed survey but the problem is I am away all next week, so I wouldn't be able to enter the exact dates of arrival. I don't know if that would be a problem for the Unaddressed survey or not.
  • I’m posting my first parcel tomorrow, do you fill out the manuscript like you had to for kantar? Thanks!

No. You hand it over at the PO counter.

Has anyone else received panel items (window envelope letters) which have a stamp on, but the data entry options suggest they should have been sent as franked mail?  I've had a few of these over the last few weeks and wondering if it is just me...  I'm recording them as 'other' and adding in the comment section that the letter has a 1st class stamp on it etc as there aren't any instructions suggesting what else to do.

I've had this a couple of times and done exactly the same as you have done. Spectos have never followed up to query it so assume that's the right thing to do.

Just wondered if anyone else on rest period have  stopped receiving UA/CD survey and newsletter emails. I've had no correspondence from spectos for over a month.

I thought all correspondence had stopped when I was rested from the mail panel back in July but I only noticed around October that all their emails had started going to my junk folder (so who knows what I missed). Having said that, I haven’t had any emails from them either, except reminders to complete the UA survey which I’m currently on, for what feels like about a month now too - in my inbox or junk.

  • My last newsletter from them was Nov 20th but I am currently live on the panel.
