    @NBLondon - did you get a response from Spectos about whether we have to write anything on the tag?
    I've got one to post tomorrow and wondered the same...
    I find it hard to search these threads, plus the Spectos panellist info is pretty lacking !

    I always fill the sack label out as Kantar instructed:

    Mailsack. Docket no. on label = order no. on manifest

    Mailsack. Poster no. on label = account number on manifest

    I didn't know you had to fill anything in on the label , never have done .
    Just handed the sack along with the document for posting .
    Am I doing wrong ?
    Also can't find anything on the app to advise otherwise 😕

    Oh I didn’t mean anyone was doing it wrong. Only that I’ve continued to do as Kantar had us do - in the absence of detailed instructions from Spectos.

    The red tag usually comes pre-stamped with the sender details so no action needed.   I only asked the question back in March as it had arrived blank.  I think it was only the one time
    I need to think of something new here...

    Aah. The red mailsack tags I have received have all been blank, that’s why I’ve completed them.

    Thanks everyone - I've only sent one since we moved to Spectos, and they queried the date I'd sent it as it only showed as being sent the day after I'd taken it to the post office.
    I'd gone before lunch on a weekday so I know I hadn't missed the last collection time.
    But, the label was blank (as this one is), the man behind the counter had taken the manifest and he'd asked me to put the sack with a pile of other sacks. So I'm guessing it got delayed because the tag was blank.

  • Just checked the mailsack I have to post the first week of January and yes the label is blank. None of them have been looked at when I've handed them in at the Post Office, they've just stamped the manifest and sent me on my way. Never had any queries from Spectos about them so will just carry on until they tell me otherwise.

    Odd - most of mine had something like "Piccolo Ltd PO Box 18004"  rubber stamped on them - the same return address that's on the RM 24 and 48 labels when you get an incoming package.

    I'll see if it's different when I restart in the New Year.
    I need to think of something new here...

    In the newsletter from October Spectos told us to leave blank……so as ever they seem to be a bit inept

    Ooh. I do t recall seeing that document before. I’m possibly being dozy. Exactly where in the app are the newsletters?

    I keep everything from them. Have just checked back. The email I had on 06 October headed ‘Royal Mail Mailagents Survey - Newsletter WK 40‘ didn’t have an attachment and just said:
